- YYYIXIAug 27, 20265.0The guy at the front desk was not only handsome but also incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Our favourite features: spacious room, nice bathroom toiletries, very comfortable beds and pillows, wonderful front desk clerk Some areas that could be improved upon: no cooking utensils (we were in a room with a full kitchenette), no spoons of any size in the cutlery tray, no tea towel

The Big Bird was well maintained, spotlessly clean, and the front desk clerk there at our check in (George) was warm, friendly, and exactly the kind of person you want to see working in hospitality. Our room was the perfect fit for our needs, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was well appointed and my son loved the make-your-own waffle station with the waffle batter dispenser and waffle iron. It was a very comfortable stay and we will absolutely be back!

The buffet had a great selection of fresh, delicious food, and the service throughout the inn was outstanding. A special thank you to Gemma, the buffet manager, whose warm hospitality, kindness, and genuine care made both visits even more memorable. She truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. We highly recommend Big Bird Inn and will definitely stay here again whenever we’re passing through Wawa!
