We go to st jacobs every year in the spring. Last year we paid under 200 dollars for this room. This visit was almost 400. Cost of living has gone up..but 100 %?! I see it everywhere, even at value village where they sell 2nd hand dollar tree and dollarama stuff for twice the amount you get them new. Places that could help ease the money crunch we are all feeling are jumping in and doubling prices. It's disgusting and we wont be throwing away our money anymore. We are officially in a recession and there are so many less consumers shopping and dining out..good luck with doubling yr prices.
