  Karima & Bhavya in the breakfast area are really sweet and nice! Really helpful. The people at the reception are also very very helpful, and our room keeping Dina is really helpful too!

  Stayed here for a three night, four day work trip and I haven’t nothing but great things to say about this place. Very well structured, elegante, organized and cannot forget clean. The cleanliness definitely comes from I would say their hardest worker samim what a great person. He is very passionate and caring about what he does and how clean the hotel is shows that, I’ve never met a harder worker in my life shoutout to their team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  I had a wonderful stay here. The entire property was spotless—from the rooms to the common areas—and everything felt well cared for. My room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with all the essentials exactly as they should be. We did have a small issue with the fridge in our room, but the staff handled it right away. Their quick response and willingness to help made a great impression and showed how committed they are to guest comfort. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure guests have a great experience. Their kindness truly elevated our stay. The location is perfect if you’re visiting St. Jacobs Market—just a short, easy trip away, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Overall, a great stay. Clean, comfortable, and supported by an excellent team. I’d happily return.

  Greeted by Andrew this trip. We've been staying at this location for years, the renovations are excellent. The rooms are more clean & spacious. The hotel itself appears more classy & clean. Shawn and all his staff we encounter are kind, helpful, and welcoming. For sure a go to destination.

  This may totally be on me but, just an FYI, they have extreme parking rules. You'll get ticketed within 15 minutes if you don't have your card on your vehicle, the thing that I guess frustrated me was that the guy that I saw walking up to my truck to give me a ticket said that he has to give me a ticket and to ask the manager and they can void it and so I go walk to the front desk and they told me to wait for their manager and I waited for about 20 minutes and then they told me that there was nothing they could do in the first place so I just feel like wasted my time, but again I get it strict parking laws right by St. Jacobs market but did not really appreciate that they were so strict and were not able to show some mercy.
