Booked the tickets on a whim, not sure what I was expecting but serious lack of activities for children older than 5. Very busy, a lot of things were broken, hand sanitizer machines out of hand sanitizer. Somehow it felt very hastily thrown together, almost like an event tagged onto their VERY expensive gift and lego shop.
The best part was the 4D movie, but I’m certain we can find somewhere else to go that plays a real movie, not just a 5 min clip. My daughter enjoyed it but I highly doubt she will ask to go back.
Overall Meh, but 2 stars for the dude at the exit that gave her an extra pin souvenir.
TL:DR if your kid isn’t into lego, or over the age of 5, don’t bother

Dirty and run down. None of the pumps had sanitizer in them. Staff very rarely seen and kids running around pushing other kids and throwing lego and wrecking stuff. It should not be my job to do the job of the staff and clean up the lego on floor to ensure no one trips. Only thing Staff at beginning cared about was upselling the admission that granted horrible perks in the end that I actually had to go back to the beginning again because the staff never gave the minifigure or the tickets to the VR. The worst part of all I was willing to get my kids some sets but was told at the checkout that I could not redeem points for purchase as I was told they are not associated with lego.... (figure that out). Place has gone downhill and I wish I could get refund 😕

This is the perfect place for young children up to tweens. Teens may still enjoy a few areas but their height could be limiting for some areas.
There's so many things to do and the movie and VR helped keep the attention of my screen obsessed kid in the building. There were also some very much appreciated perks for it being my child's birthday.
Though I recognize that we were there at the end of the day, I do wish there had been more snack food available as we had to share one muffin between 3 people and had hours to drive home before we could make dinner.
All in all, it was a great day and we'll likely go back though we're not likely to get there any earlier due to the drive.

Brought the kids here a few days ago after spending the morning scoping out dog-friendly options in the area, and while my pup had to sit this one out at home, the whole family had an incredible time. The Miniland exhibit with the tiny LEGO replica of downtown Toronto was genuinely stunning and we probably stood there for a solid 20 minutes pointing out little details. The staff were so patient and enthusiastic, especially the guy running the 4D cinema who made sure every kid had a pair of glasses before the show started. Definitely not one for the dog, but for little LEGO fans this place is an easy five out of five.

I visited LEGOLAND and it was a fantastic experience. It’s a great place to take kids, with so many fun and interactive attractions designed to keep them engaged and entertained. The environment is colorful, creative, and very family-friendly.
Everything is well organized, and there are plenty of activities that make the visit exciting for both children and adults. It’s also a great reminder for families to encourage hands-on play—like building with LEGO sets—which can help spark creativity and imagination in kids as a nice break from too much screen time.
Overall, it’s a fun and memorable place, and I would definitely recommend it for families looking for a great day out
