Fun for the kids, but crowd control needs improvement. Overall, we had a good visit and the most important thing is that the kids had a blast. The staff members were cheerful, polite, and very helpful throughout the day, and the washrooms were kept surprisingly clean despite how busy it was. The cafeteria food was reasonably priced and had good options geared toward young kids. That said, crowd management is a major issue. The facility felt intensely overcrowded at times, and they really need to implement a stricter maximum capacity. A few specifics to keep in mind if you're planning a visit: Rides & Wait Times: The rides experienced frequent technical issues while people were in line. We ended up waiting 1.5 hours for one ride and 40 minutes for another, while the rides themselves only last about 2 to 3 minutes. While the rides are fairly basic, the kids still enjoyed them. Play Climbing Structure: The multi-level play area was packed wall-to-wall. Aside from the big running wheel, my kids didn't enjoy it very much. Re-Entry Policy: There is technically no re-entry once you enter. However, if you speak to the staff at the front desk, they are accommodating if one person needs to step out briefly (e.g., grabbing something from the car). Takeaway: Great for kids if you manage expectations on queue times, but visiting during off-peak hours would make the experience much smoother.

We had such a great time here! There was honestly way more to do than I expected, and the kids were entertained pretty much the whole time. The 4D movie was definitely one of the highlights. The glasses, wind, water and all the little effects made it feel really interactive, and the kids absolutely loved it. The play area was another big win — lots of room for them to climb, explore and burn off some energy. We also really enjoyed the spinning ride where you pedal and the harder you pedal, the higher you go. That one was a lot of fun and definitely got a few laughs out of us. There are LEGO building stations everywhere, a racing area where you can build your own cars and test them, and tons of little interactive things throughout the place. The Toronto LEGO city was also really impressive. Seeing the CN Tower and the skyline recreated in LEGO was probably just as cool for the adults as it was for the kids. The staff were also really friendly, which made the experience even better. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and helpful. Overall, this was a really fun family outing. Lots to do, lots of variety, and enough hands-on activities that the kids were never really bored. If your kids love LEGO, this is definitely worth checking out!

It was better than I was expecting. Our kids are 5, 6 and 9 and they all enjoyed it. We spent 4 hours there. Saw 2 of the 4D movies. Rode the rides a few times. Did a Lego building class. The snacks at the cafe were also reasonably priced, the drinks however were not. I do think they could have done a better job at explaining the stamp book system and perhaps atleast glance at the stamp book before giving the prize. Our girls thought they worked to gather all of the stamps and then no one cared. Also the VR coaster thing was very very short. For the extra charge, it should be a little longer. The girls had a great time and liked building their little person at the end.

Review We visited here in August 2026, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with our experience. When you purchase a full-day ticket, you are not allowed to leave and re-enter. This was very inconvenient. The café inside does not offer much that we can eat, and they don’t even have oat milk for coffee. On top of that, the tables and chairs were quite dirty. Because of this, we wanted to leave, have something to eat at the mall’s food court, and then come back. However, when we tried to leave, we were told that re-entry was not allowed. No explanation was given. The play area was also very dirty and dusty. I was honestly shocked to see such poor cleanliness in a place designed for children. Considering that people pay for admission, I really don’t understand why it is so difficult to keep the play area clean and properly maintained. Overall, I expected much better and unfortunately left feeling very disappointed.

One of the worst experiences we’ve had at a centre in a long time. There was a large Catholic school group that was extremely unruly, with children shoving our children and other kids to get ahead, with little to no supervision. Staff were unable to effectively resolve the situation. Our family group included children with epilepsy, cancer, and autism. Our children were well-behaved, respectful, and appropriate throughout our visit, but unfortunately, the environment did not feel safe or suitable for them. The lack of supervision and the amount of pushing, running, and chaos made the experience particularly concerning for children with additional needs and medical vulnerabilities. Beyond that, the centre seemed to allow far too many children for the number of staff available. I was surprised by the lack of supervision required from parents/caregivers. At times, it felt like a complete free-for-all. For the price you pay, there was constant noise, limited activities, and far too many unsupervised children. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our experience at all. Save your money and visit another attraction. Extremely disappointing, especially given how unsafe and overwhelming the environment felt for our children.
