  Expect better from a Holiday Inn. Room smells like BO and thier solution was to spray deoderizer. Also, gum stuck to the ceiling, clock isn't working and USB ports by the bed are broken. Some extra maintenence and cleaning would make all the difference.

  We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Vaughan. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When I called the front desk for extra towels, they were brought up within minutes. They also gave my child a fidget when we arrived, and it is still being played with! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and there were lots of options available at the included breakfast. The hot tub was very nice, and although the pool was a little cold, it was still enjoyable. The only downside was that the hot tub was closed on our last night. There was a sign on the door, but the water looked greenish, and I actually had to stop someone from going in because they hadn't noticed the sign. They likely would have entered if I hadn't been there. I think an additional sign inside the pool area and/or some type of barrier around the ladder would have made the closure much clearer and safer. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

  First time for hotel saying they charge for parking. Even if small fee. Still stupid, most hotels only need key back or name to check out. But they require also email? I feel this hotel should lessen the policy a bit. Frequent house keeping would be nice, so i dont have to keep going to front desk or they dont have to call for housekeeping to get supplies

  This is our second time staying at the Holiday Inn express Vaughan off Highway seven, The staff are friendly and the place feels very homey. The breakfast is great! We will stay here again next time we are in town 😊

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Everything was very clean, and the hotel was quiet, which made for a relaxing experience. As a parent of a child with special needs, I especially appreciated how accommodating and welcoming the staff were to my son. It made a big difference and helped make our stay stress-free. While the hotel is a bit smaller than some others, that’s actually part of its charm. The smaller size creates a more personal, comfortable atmosphere that we really enjoyed. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so pleasant! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
