The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and housekeeping kept everything in great shape. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. I’d definitely stay here again for future work trips.

Everyone was friendly welcoming and so kind. A special thank you to Amrita in the breakfast area. She went out of her way to make sure our daughter was comfortable and even offered her a cookie and cupcake during breakfast. It was such a thoughtful gesture and it made our daughter feel so special. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

- KQKatie QueenJun 14, 20261.0I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. Our vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot just three spaces away from the front entrance at approximately 6:00 AM. The car had been parked there for less than 12 hours. We were traveling from the United States with a baby and a small child, and having this happen while away from home was an extremely stressful and frightening experience. What is most concerning is the lack of urgency and care from the hotel staff. After reviewing the security footage, we learned the person responsible was in the parking lot for about an hour breaking into and stealing our vehicle. How was this not noticed by anyone? How does something like this happen directly in front of the hotel entrance? The staff did not seem concerned, and after the incident there was no follow-up, no check-in, and no effort to see if our family was okay. We were left to handle everything ourselves during an already overwhelming situation in another country. A hotel has a responsibility to provide a safe environment for its guests. The lack of security awareness and the lack of compassion afterward was incredibly disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone traveling with their family or valuable belongings to think carefully before staying here.
