    I had a wonderful experience at avid hotel Vaughan. The hotel is new, exceptionally clean, and conveniently located in one of the best areas of Vaughan. Everything was well maintained, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize Nazrul at the front desk for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely polite, professional, welcoming, and helpful. His friendly attitude and professionalism made a great first impression and truly enhanced the overall experience. Employees like Nazrul make a real difference in hospitality, and he is a great asset to the hotel. I highly recommend avid hotel Vaughan and give 5 out of 5 stars to both Nazrul and the hotel. Keep up the excellent work!

    I stayed at avid hotel this weekend, and I must say it offers excellent value for money! The rooms are modern, clean, and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious, fresh, and healthy. For the price, having access to a swimming pool and a 24/7 gym is a fantastic bonus. The front desk team was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. I especially want to mention Nazrul at the front desk, who welcomed us with a big smile and was so friendly with the kids as well. I noticed from his name tag that he was still in training, but honestly, he was already doing an excellent job! His warm welcome and positive attitude made a great first impression on us. My best wishes to all the wonderful people working hard behind the scenes and at the front desk to make sure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. Your hard work and dedication truly make a difference. Thank you so much to the entire team for your hospitality and hard work. The next time I visit Toronto, I will definitely choose avid hotel again!

    The hotel was lovely! Staff were super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. 24/7 free coffee in the lobby. The breakfast was great for being more of a grab and go style. But alot of options for food. The little store in the lobby was well stocked. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The shower was roomy and clean. Overall the hotel is amazing, and we will stay if we are ever down that way again!

    Service - Fast, welcoming and helpful staff. Everyone from Reception to breakfast crew and cleaning team is friendly and well behaved Rooms - Clean, Decent size and view is either on a busy road or some kind of distribution center. I guess that road side rooms can be noisy but i got the other side, so i had peaceful sleep. You cannot open the windows and that's the only minor grudge as no fresh air can come inside. It has air-conditioning which can be controlled through a wall mounted remote control. Parking - Ample and free. Location - Its a 15 minutes drive to Pearson's Airport which makes it ideal location for the travellers. Around 50 mins to downtown Toronto and 1hr 20 mins to Niagara falls. Breakfast is tasty but limited and everyday the same. To sum it up, It's absolutely great value for money and i can recommend it to everyone planning a trip to Toronto or for the overnight stay for their flight from Pearson int'l airport.

    Came for a quick stay in Toronto. The receptionist who greeted us at 7 pm was incredibly kind and professional. Check in was very simple and straightforward (we had paid ahead of time). The hotel has complimentary breakfast (starting at 6 am) and tea/coffee/sparkling water available 24/7. They also had a gym and a small pool (5 ft at its deepest). The room we had was simple and clean. The AC was really effective in cooling and warming the room. There is some noise from the major road outside but we’re heavy sleepers so it didn’t really bother us. I liked that the hotel felts sturdy (in the past some hotels the floor felt flimsy and you could hear every step a person took, which this hotel didn’t seem to have that issue). The only complaint we have is that the shower did not really effectively drain out. So when first entering, the floor is really slippery! Otherwise, it was a nice affordable stay.
