I needed 2 prints of urgent documents, as I was not able to print them from the business center. She was very courteous and helped me with the print and gave me the print outs timely and urgently. With a 24-hour free shuttle that leave on the hour every 30 mins, you are at the airport in about 10 mins. Excellent breakfast in the morning and the Bistro café has a nice happy hour menu and good eating options. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great job everyone! Love the Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner and that the rooms have wood flooring instead of carpet.

Ontbijt goed maar niet heel uitgebreid maar prima te doen. Er leven ook asielzoekers ( als ik goed heb) in het hotel daarom lopen er heel veel bewakers rond wat het weer goed maakt. Bushalte is 1 min lopen te bereiken dus goede ligging. Ik zou wel terugkomen ja.
- USUtkarsh SinghOct 7, 20261.0of the day... It is always seems to be understaffed. They are unwilling to do even the basic hospitality a hotel is supposed to offer. Their own booking agent can't reach out to front desk. Management seems to be lackadaisical. The only good experience I had was at the bar I the evening. The upholstered furniture is worn out... The hotel in general gives you vibe of not being maintained or upkeep is bad. They don't care if you are a IHG reaard member, for being a member they hand you two small bottles of water, no warmth in the transaction. Family run motels with shoe string budgets run better and offer better service. The staff needs to be retrained. Avoid at all cost.
- KCKathy CrossOct 4, 20261.0Room was clean, but there was nowhere to sit. Major water damage on ceiling and floor had gaps and lifting as soon as you walk in. When talking to staff about nowhere to sit, they stated all their rooms were like this unless you are in a suite. The condition of this room is an embarrassment to the company. It should not have been given out for a stay.Shuttle was on its own timeline as we waited over 30 minutes for it at the airport. I will not be using this location again.
