  Front desk staff is excellent. Regretfully this hotel is not as good as it used to be. While the rooms are still very clean, the public areas really need to be up kept a little bit better: dirty elevator floors, carpets in the hallways in need of a Hoover, dirty lobby, sticky curb, does not make for a very good first impression. Rooms are adequate but amenities are left to the minimum: no laundry bag, very limited amenities (towels, soap, conditioners , hydrating cream dispensers)in the bathroom. An adequate place for an overnight stay but nothing more.

  I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport by IHG. The location is extremely convenient for anyone flying in or out of Toronto Pearson, making it a great option for a short stay or an overnight before an early flight. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, and the hotel made the airport experience much easier. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in was smooth, and the room was comfortable and well suited for relaxing after a long day of traveling. I also appreciated the convenient airport access and the overall ease of getting to and from the property. Overall, this is a solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient IHG property near Pearson Airport. The combination of location, friendly service, and comfortable accommodations makes it a hotel I would consider staying at again when traveling through Toronto.

  I had work done on my home and needed a place to stay for 2 nights. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Airport for 2 nights and had a fantastic stay. I was accomodated at front desk for my choice of a high floor in a quiet room. The room was very well appointed and had a comfortable, quiet stay. My room was serviced by Luz a delightful lady from Peru who did a fantastic job and was very friendly and helpful! I also had 2 delicious meals in the restaurant. All hotel employees are great.

  After confirming our room 36 hours prior. We showed up after a 4 hour drive only to be told we were being moved to another hotel 20 minutes away. That move ended up taking almost 2 hours because of traffic. We showed up to this revamped motel with no restaurant, no pool, and nothing like our reservation. We ended missing our concert because of all the traffic and our 2 hour check in delay. I will NEVER STAY at a holiday inn again. The worst part of this. 2 doors down from where they moved us. Is another holiday inn. Why were we not moved there? Dinner and drinks at the hotel before the show and cocktails after the show were impossible because where we are has no amenities. And you ruined our entire weekend. STAY AWAY THERE MOVING YOU WITHOUT NOTICE Please stop saying you apologize. Apologizing would be refunding my money. not apologizing is sending me to $100 a night hotel and charging me $260 which is what you did. And you gave me a points credit. Which equals 30 dollars. Lol. What a joke.

  I had an excellent experience thanks to Jessica at reception. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome with her warm smile, friendly attitude, and professional manner. She was approachable, patient, and genuinely happy to help with any questions I had. Jessica went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. She communicated clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist really stood out. It’s clear that Jessica takes great pride in her work and truly cares about providing outstanding customer service. She represents the organisation exceptionally well and creates a positive first impression for everyone who walks through the door. Employees like Jessica are a real asset. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication deserve to be recognised. I would like to sincerely thank her for making my visit such a pleasant one, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves for her excellent work…
