We had a wonderful experience thanks to Jenny! She was very nice, friendly, and helpful when assisting us with changing our hotel room. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, without any problems at all. We truly appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Jenny, for making our stay even better. 😊

The room is a little small for the price. The hotel does have parking, but even as a hotel guest, I’m charged $40 per night, while the parking right next door costs half as much — just $20 for a full day. I stayed on the 11th floor, and getting the elevator with a stroller was a nightmare. I would sometimes have to wait up to 30minutes to get downstairs because the elevators were constantly full. Whether it was staff or other hotel guests, there was always someone taking up the space. It was just as bad going back up, with waits of around 30 minutes almost every time.

If I could give this place a -10 I would. This place is literally trash. Lack of empathy from staff was insane. Messed up our reservation then wouldn’t accommodate us at all. We had to wait hours in the lobby due to us having an emergency and nothing else was available. After hours of waiting my children fell asleep on the couch away from the lobby. They moved us away from the lobby “to be more comfortable” then again after hours and my two children falling asleep the security comes and tell my husband and I that there’s no sleeping aloud. whole hotel and staff is trash. Disgusting people. Do better don’t act like this is some five star hotel. It’s a damn holiday express hotel with flies and the lobby and you’re worried about kids sleeping.

This hotel needs upgrading. Rooms are small. Complimentary water is a nice feature. Breakfast can do with a make over - same thing daily.... I asked for an upgrade one day before my arrival and they told me hotel is sold out. Meanwhile, I am on the app and it showed me the room type I wanted was still available. Just be honest as we can fact check you online. The city view is of residential buildings.... Central to restaurants, Eaton centre and other tourist activities.
