  An Exceptional 5-Star Experience That Exceeded All Expectations! Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything was at the highest level. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff, the luxurious atmosphere, the beautifully designed and well-equipped rooms, and the exceptional cleanliness were all truly impressive. One particularly nice touch was the complimentary Rolls-Royce transportation service around the city, which made our stay feel even more special. Although the hotel is certainly in the luxury price category, the quality of accommodations, attention to detail, and level of service fully justify the price. You truly get what you pay for. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. This is exactly what a true five-star hotel should be. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

  I honestly wish I could give this hotel more than five stars! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking. Our suite was stunning, every detail was so thoughtfully considered, and all the little personal touches made the experience feel incredibly special. But what truly sets the Four Seasons Toronto apart is its people. The staff is simply exceptional. Every single person we encountered was genuinely warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. Everywhere we went, we were treated like absolute queens! And can we talk about the FOOD?! You absolutely have to experience dinner at d|bar. The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is gorgeous, and the entire experience is a must. Brunch at Café Boulud is another absolute highlight. Everything was delicious! And THE SPA. Oh. My. God. I've been fortunate enough to visit some incredible spas, but this one is honestly on another level. Easily one of the best spa experiences I've ever had. From the beautiful facilities to the treatments and the overall atmosphere, it was pure heaven. I genuinely didn't want to leave! I've stayed at some beautiful hotels, but what makes this one so special is that the luxury goes far beyond the gorgeous surroundings. It's in the smallest details, the thoughtfulness, and most importantly, the way they make you feel. I left feeling so incredibly grateful, spoiled, and already dreaming about my next visit. To the entire Four Seasons Toronto team, thank you for making our stay so unforgettable. You've truly set the bar incredibly high. If you're visiting Toronto, do yourself a favour and stay here.   We spent three wonderful nights at the Four Seasons Yorkville over Thanksgiving, and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. The manager was incredibly warm and attentive, and the thoughtful treats waiting in our room for the children were such a lovely touch. It’s these little details that really set a hotel apart. Everything throughout our stay was flawless. We thoroughly enjoyed Café Boulud, breakfast, and in-room dining. The food, service, and attention to detail were consistently outstanding. What impressed us most, however, was the service even after we had checked out. We accidentally left a bag of shopping in our room, and Dylan, the security agent, went above and beyond to arrange for it to be shipped to us via FedEx that very same day. That level of care and efficiency speaks volumes about the hotel’s commitment to its guests. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels, but thus hotel truly understands hospitality. The combination of warmth, impeccable service, and thoughtful attention to every detail made our Thanksgiving weekend especially memorable. A huge thank you to the entire team. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be returning!

  My experience at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto was very disappointing, especially considering the reputation of the Four Seasons brand worldwide. I have stayed at several Four Seasons hotels in different countries, but unfortunately, the Toronto location was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The room I received was not the room I had reserved, and after a long journey, I had to wait before they could change it. This was frustrating and not the level of service I expected from a luxury hotel. The food selection was also quite limited, and I didn’t find the variety or quality I had experienced at other Four Seasons hotels around the world. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations. For a hotel of this reputation and price range, I expected a much smoother experience, better service, and a higher standard of hospitality. Unfortunately, the Four Seasons Toronto did not live up to the brand’s international reputation.

  We recently attended our friend’s daughter’s wedding at the Four Seasons Toronto as part of a large party, and it was truly an unforgettable evening. Even though it took us about 50 minutes to get downtown, the seamless valet parking made our arrival completely hassle-free. Walking inside, the lobby immediately took our breath away with its beautiful design and gorgeous floral arrangements. The wedding hall itself was spectacular—incredibly bright with a gorgeous, modern decor. We loved spending time on the patio, which provided the perfect backdrop for stunning photos. The food was absolutely excellent, offering a delicious variety of options that satisfied everyone. Throughout the night, the staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, the washrooms were kept immaculately clean, and the sound system was fantastic. A special thank you for keeping the hall temperature absolutely perfect; even with non-stop dancing, everyone stayed completely comfortable. We left with wonderful memories of a spectacular night!
