  We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Toronto for a long weekend to get a much-needed break while our home was undergoing renovations, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. A massive thank you to Daniel, the Guest Experiences Manager, who truly went above and beyond to ensure we were exceptionally well taken care of throughout our stay. His level of attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference, he even thoughtfully arranged safe, seamless transportation home for my wife, giving us total peace of mind. The standard of service Daniel and the entire team provided turned what could have been a stressful renovation weekend into a seamless, relaxing getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning

  Have loved staying here over the years!!! It’s definitely my fave in Toronto (vs park Hyatt, ritz Carlton - the other two in a similar calibre I’ve stayed at in TO). Four seasons is just a cut above. The service is impeccable but not in your face. The rooms are always spotless. It has been many years now in the new building and I really don’t see any wear and tear - they really care about the upkeep! The beds and sheeting, unmatched. The spa/pool area, as far as Toronto hotels go, excellent! In my early days of coming here, they had fresh milk in the fridge for the coffees and then on a more recent visit it was missing. I let them know in a feedback survey that I missed this touch and lo, my next visit, it was there. Only thing - dont request a corner room hah. I say this bc one time I got an exterior corner room just by happenstance and it was amazing! Huge windowed bathroom. It was only a let down my trip was one day and I couldn’t enjoy the room! So my next visit, I wrote it would be awesome if any were available. They honored my request but alas, it was an interior corner room (lol). So actually in all ways a bit worse than the standard room. I felt a but sheepish asking to switch. Anyway just be sure you note “exterior” if you are to make such a request in the future ha. Overall thanks FS Toronto for always making Toronto such a treat!

  This was my first time staying at the Four Seasons, and it was such an amazing experience! The hotel was absolutely stunning from the lobby to the rooms, not to mention the incredible spa. We experienced excellence service from Jackson when we first arrived and checked in. He showed us all around and was very friendly and approachable. Whitney from the housekeeping team took care of our room and we were fortunate enough to get to meet her when we returned from an outing. She was so professional and so thorough and really kind and courteous. Definitely will recommend this hotel to people and can't wait to stay there again!

  今後の滞在の検討材料として、客室の静寂性や宿泊特典（ベネフィット）の適用範囲について事前に問い合わせを行いました。しかし、基本的に「予約が入っていない状態では回答できない」との回答でした。 ​唯一、現地に日本語が理解できるスタッフが在籍していることのみ確認できましたが、その方が日本人なのか、あるいはフロントやコンシェルジュといったどのような役職・部署の方なのかについても「予約がないため回答できない」と開示を拒否されました。 ​問い合わせの返信は「Centralized Operations and Reservations Agent」という部署から届きました。2025年に同じルートでフォーシーズンズ・シドニーへ問い合わせた際には、現地のホテルスタッフから丁寧かつ具体的な回答をいただけていただけに、今回の対応には非常に失望しました。北米などのエリア単位でこのような一括集約的な対応方針をとっているのかもしれません。 ​滞在前の不安を解消するための事前の問い合わせに対し、予約前であることを理由に一切の具体的な情報を開示しない姿勢では、そもそも予約の検討段階に載せることすら不可能です。検討されている方はご注意ください。

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very disappointing experience yesterday while waiting at the Four Seasons for a customer. There was already another SUV parked and waiting when I arrived. A valet approached me and asked what I was doing there. I explained that I was waiting for a customer and was told I had only 5 minutes. I then noticed the valet went over to the other SUV, and that driver told him he was waiting for a VIP customer. The valet came back and told me that because the other driver had a VIP customer, I would have to move. I explained that I was also there to pick up a VIP customer and asked why I was being singled out. He then walked away. A few minutes later, another valet came over and again told me I had to move. I questioned why I was being asked to move when the other SUV had been there before me and was being allowed to stay. While we were speaking, my customer came out and saw what was happening. He was very upset and said he would speak with the hotel himself. I told him that I would handle the matter. I have great respect for Four Seasons and understand that valet areas can be busy, but I believe all professional drivers waiting for hotel guests should be treated fairly and consistently, regardless of who their customer is. I would also appreciate clarification from Four Seasons on the official policy for professional chauffeurs/SUV drivers who are waiting to pick up Four Seasons guests, including VIP guests. Is there a designated waiting area or specific procedure drivers are expected to follow? I hope Four Seasons can look into what happened and clarify the policy so this does not happen again.
