  I have been staying at best westerns for years on changer overs while flying south . Used this one last week and I will be looking for another hotel brand from this point on. The room was dated, bed squeaked like it was 100 years old. There was dirt in the bed and either blood or makeup on the pillows . Mattress was lumpy and pillows also uncomfortable. Several bugs (earwigs) crawling around . Staff were nice and I know it's not their fault. The place is not a nice hotel !

  Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel was the perfect solution during a long layover. The complimentary airport shuttle made getting to and from the airport quick and hassle-free, allowing me to maximize my rest between flights. The room was clean, comfortable, and included a convenient kitchenette, which made the stay even more enjoyable. After a long day of travel, it was exactly what I needed to recharge before continuing my journey. If you have an overnight layover or an early flight from Toronto Pearson Airport, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of clean accommodations, airport shuttle service, and practical room amenities makes it an excellent value for travelers.

  Nice rooms but poor staff. I checked in here and stayed for three days, I had breakfast included on my booking from Expedia and I still paid for breakfast. I checked out and showed them I paid and was told someone would call me back to arrange a refund, nobody ever did. I then phoned back three more times and was told that a supervisor would phone me back and resolve the matter and I still never received a phone call back. Seems like front desk staff are either poorly trained or just don’t care.

  I had a great stay here! The rooms were clean, Very nice! Comfortable bed! Clean washroom. Room comes with a coffee machine, mini fridge. Tv. The wifi wasn’t amazing in the room but i personally didn’t mind! The staff was friendly and was helpful at front desk. Had breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel, Not too bad of a price. It was nice, quiet. Decent food. Airport shuttle was absolutely amazing! The driver was very good. Fast service. Easy to book. I’d definitely stay here again. Would recommend.
