Their advertisement is misleading makes you think parking and breakfast are free when they're not , I’ve been in room in 316 for 2 days without internet, they put boots on cars that park without paying parking because they didn’t know they had to pay , everything felt like it was lied about to make you reserve a room there , horrible experience, it’s a shame I have to give it a star , did I mention there’s not internet ? They’re straight out liars .

Rooms are comprehensive with everything you need including a microwave and fridge. Clean and friendly/helpful staff. Thankfully there's no carpet in the room. It feels cleaner. The hallways, on the other hand, is dark, dated with dim lighting. A little depressing and scary, to be honest. I hope they address this soon. Airplanes fly quite low and close to the hotel, which makes it interesting. Thankfully, I didn't hear them throughout the night. Incredibly close to Pearson Airport and they have a shuttle. Not upscale, but definitely worth staying for a short stay
I travel on business very frequently and generally stay at Best Western hotels. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this location. The beds are great and the rooms are nicely renovated. The equipment in the gym is clean and working well. On this trip the hot tub was not clean and looked like it hadn’t been for a while. I would also add that the wifi in the room kept cutting out so I it was difficult to work. The bathroom is very nice and lots of hot water but the water pressure isn’t great. Also would love to see a better brand of coffee pods for the rooms as the ones provided are not the best. Otherwise I like this hotel. The service is great!

I had a great stay here for the most part, it was so unique to stand right under the planes flying in to the runway, was definetly noisey when they flew by but if your tired enough you'll fall asleep just fine. The staff were nice, the guy who checked us in only put one night on our room keys but we stayed 3 so we had to get that fixed on day 2. The pool was nice, odd in the basement with no windows but theres a nice small sauna and a hot tub, well a tub of hot water as the jets dont work but was nice to sit in the hot water at least. There is a laundry facility costs 4$ a wash and dry each though. We didnt eat at the restaurant and they do have a touch screen coffee/expresso machine that costs $ but i was able to get tea for free at least. The elevators can be a bit akward making weird jolts when u get in but never got stuck so thats good. Parking is 15$ a night but theres a 3 storey parcade behind the hotel, the light on the third floor was flashing so bad looked like a strobe light that should be fixed. Great view of the planes lined up in the air coming in from the top of the parcade, there is acess to the hotel from each floor of parcade. The bed was comfy they provide lots of pillows and the tv had all the good stations, so i was able to watch my favourite shows!!! It was nice having a microwave as well as the mini fridge and a kurig as well. Lots of counter space and outlets so lots of room to work or eat. I had a couch that was nice as well. They do have a shuttle service to the airport as well
Thanks!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience, and I especially want to recognize Sahil at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, patient, and helpful. What impressed me the most was that the hotel was extremely busy and Sahil was handling the front desk all by himself. Despite having so many guests to assist and multiple things happening at once, he remained calm, organized, and attentive to everyone.
He took the time to explain everything about the hotel clearly, including the facilities, services, and important information about our stay. He never made us feel rushed, even though it was obvious that he had a lot to manage. He was able to take care of each guest professionally while still providing friendly and personalized service.
Sahil also gave us excellent recommendations about the surrounding area. He suggested places to visit, restaurants, and other useful options nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. His knowledge of the area and willingness to help truly stood out. It felt like he genuinely cared about making sure every guest had a great experience, not just during check-in but throughout their stay.
It is not easy to manage a busy front desk alone, especially while maintaining such a positive attitude and high level of customer service, but Sahil handled everything exceptionally well. He was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. You could see that he was working very hard to make sure everyone was taken care of, and he did an amazing job.
Thank you, Sahil, for your outstanding service and for making us feel so welcome. Employees like you truly make a difference in a guest’s experience. The hotel is very lucky to have someone so dedicated, professional, and caring at the front desk. We will definitely remember your kindness and excellent service, and we would highly recommend this hotel because of team members like you!
