  Found ourselves in a predicament, a really tough situation in the middle of the night. We went to the front desk and met Nino. He did everything he could possibly do to solve issues that he had the means to do so. The quality of service and care that Nino emitts while doing his work. He is an out of this world person and employee!!

  Typical mid-range chain hotel. Quite nice, but hard mattress and rather thin towels. Breakfast was satisfactory, nothing special. Overall decent but overpriced.

  I liked the hotel - it looked clean, nice and spacious, located in a nice area. We didn't have any wait time, and the receptionist was nice and friendly. One thing is that it would be great to have the sofa bed made for you instead of just handing you a big and heavy plastic bag of sheets and covers to do this yourself (and finding that there's no pillow included), especially when you already have a lot of bags of your own. If you see 3 people booked, you would understand that the sofa bed is needed, right? Also, it would be great to have a little map tour of where is what, because we were set loose after the check-in and got a bit lost with the elevator. Other than that, the rest of the stay was great, a quiet room, lots of space, clean bathroom. It would be great to have a bit more toiletries for 3 people (we had teeny-tiny bottles of Dove products), so we used our own. I liked that we had a dining table along with the office desk and a cozy office armchair. The sofa bed was sturdy and squeaked just a little bit, king-sized bed was awesome! I liked to have a mini kitchen there, with a separate sink. The fridge was big enough, with a freezer, and the microwave and coffee machine was good, too. Would be good to have real mugs instead of plastic cups; c'mon, we won't steal them, but it's just nice to have your coffee from a nice mug. The pool was clean, the hot tub was working fine, you set your own timer for the bubbles. There was no changing room, so you need to put on your swimsuit in the washroom or just come in it. It would be great to have some horizontal chairs there, and more tables. A bit of downside - although there is a sign that said no alcohol, there were at least 4 people drinking beer that they bought somewhere in the hotel to bring in the hot tub. There were little kids there, it's a kid-friendly zone, so it was a bit inappropriate. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. The only thing is that again, except for the cutlery, all plates and cups were plastic, like in a cheap cafe. When you pay a bit more than 300 dollars per night, you should expect something else. Overall it was a nice stay, but there were some little downsides on every step. Nothing major, though.

  Great price, quick and friendly check in. Clean room with all comforts and cozy bed. The star of this place is the young lady managing kitchen and buffet area, great hot breakfast and greeted with a friendly hello and welcome, she even stopped by tables to chat with guests, a credit to her employer. Great way to start the day with such a friendly young lady, superb customer service
