- NSNic SteelOct 6, 20265.0Lovely rooms and good beds and a wonderful breakfast option the following morning with plenty of vegan choices. Wynona who was attending to The breakfast bar was a genuine delight and the entire staff felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. A memorable stay!
- EPEric PetersonSep 22, 20265.0We stayed here on our cross country trip for one night and we had a lovely experience. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool was great- the pool deck itself was very clean…the hot tub paint was worn off, but we have nothing negative to say even with that. The breakfast was a wonderful selection of protein. We would definitely stay again.
- CSClaire StephensonSep 14, 20265.0Great stay! The front desk woman was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The breakfast person was very kind and knowledgeable about the gluten free options at their buffet. They also have a sign with gluten free options!!
- HBHimmat BrarSep 4, 20265.0Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Thunder Bay. The staff really made the experience stand out. Rushda had everything ready when I arrived and made check-in a breeze. I had a plumbing issue in my room during the stay, and Recce attended to it right away and made sure I wasn’t inconvenienced. The ladies looking after breakfast did an amazing job every morning, and Rajwinder was very courteous and pleasant while checking me out. Really appreciated the friendly and attentive service from everyone. A great team and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!
- JLJerome LiggettAug 30, 20264.0Had a nice one night stay on a Friday night. Room was very nice and the staff were excellent. Several food options around along with a grocery store across the street that has everything you need. Hotel breakfast was good and enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day of hiking around the area. Would recommend when staying in the area. The central location made it convenient for looking around at the city.
