- REryan henri elumba5 days ago3.0The washroom was not really spacious. They have good breakfast food. In breakfast, you have to order in a menu. Overall, it was really expensive, +250 bucks. Not really a bad hotel to stay in for the night.

We booked online and something happened that instead of 2 separate dates, expedia booked us twice for the same date. I immediately, WITHIN MINUTES contacted this hotel to fix the error and was told they are charging a 100% penalty to fix the date!!!! Expedia tried on our behalf to fix the error but the hotel, even identified that there were rooms available for the new date, however the Hotel has determined they are taking the 100% penalty. NO CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE AT ALL!!! Criminal behaviour to decide to charge 100% penalty WITHIN MINUTES of booking for an error!
