  We had a lovely overnight here on the top floor. Lovely and quiet. Reception for check in was excellent, nice and professional. Well done! Went down for supper in the restaurant. Service was good (Marina) but our experience was ruined by an individual sitting at the bar on his video or speaker phone. Very loud American. There went the dining experience! Perhaps the servers should be aware of this sort of thing. He could have been asked to adjust his behaviour. Breakfast was great. Parking for disabled good. Disappointed in the smokers too close to the front door.

  Hotel layout is a bit confusing. Not in the best neighborhood for walking about. A fire alarm well in excess of code decibel limits rang through the hotel at 6am. It was debilitating and has surely caused hearing damage.

  Best hotel I ever stay here in Sudbury. And I been staying for. Maybe 3 months. I feel like I’m at home. ,. Ppl here. Managers workers. Front desk restaurant breakfast. All the maintenance. Maids cleaners so polite. Room service always check right. So welcoming. ,. Never once I was ignored. ,. Just so friendly everywhere. Here at holiday inn. I give them more than 5 stars. For their services kindness. God bless them all.

  I previously stayed at the Holiday Inn Regent for 3 weeks as my apartment was under renovations. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful stay. The general manager Kalil was such a nice man as well as all his staff. They made me feel so welcome and we're so kind to me. I can't say enough about this hotel. Very accommodating, great food, very clean and well kept, excellent customer service from all staff. I highly recommend staying here. If you are looking for a great hotel look no further. Miss you all!

  Have been staying here a lot over recent years. It's a bit of a funny layout, there are a couple of wings and navigation inside the hotel is a bit confusing. Views are not great, but if what you need is a solid, comfortable hotel with friendly, welcoming staff and good access to the south part of Sudbury, then this is exactly what you need. One of the reasons we switched from the other hotels in the south, aside from usuakku being a bit cheaper, is the beds. My wife, who has a lot of issues with hotel pillows, loves the pillows here, and the mattresses are very comfy. This recent stay I ate dinner at their restaurant a couple of times. I had some long days and didnt feel up to finding a place outside. Both times I ate there, the food was amazing and the portions extremely generous. I had the Cobb Salad with chicken, the bed brisket sandwich and the beet salad, all of which were really good. Abdul was my server both times and he took good care of me. He's very friendly and knows how to take care of his guests. All in all, the Holiday Inn is a great overall value. Just don't go for the views 😊
