This time we booked via Expedia due to travel points and felt we were treated differently. The hotel didn’t appear to be full but we were placed on the undesirable first floor. There was a coffee maker and pods provided but no water bottles. I found this odd as a bottle of water costs a dime. We are members but we’re not provided a discounted or complimentary breakfast due to the Expedia booking. We have enjoyed the breakfast in the past but decided to eat elsewhere due to the cost. It’s the little things that make a huge different when deciding where to stay. We will be looking at other offerings when back to the area.

But, we ended up staying at this Holiday Inn because it had the room size we were looking for during our family road trip. This stay really opened up our eyes. It was a great stay. So, thank you for that! The biggest plus was the room size for our suite. Parking was ample. The location was fantastic. And of course, service was excellent. The only knock, if I had to name one, was the fact that there was no complimentary breakfast like the other hotels in the area that had similar pricing for the room. Overall, we'll definitely consider staying at a Holiday Inn in our future road trips.
