First, the air conditioner is really underpowered and even on a cool night couldn't keep the room at a comfortable sleeping temperature. There is no Auto fan option only high or low so the fan runs all night with the air conditioner kicking on intermittently The Wi-Fi in the room is fairly slow and like most the Sudbury the cellular signal is fairly weak as well, so don't expect to be able to watch a lot of streaming. Struggled to watch even tiktok on Wi-Fi or cell This is one of the few Holiday inns that doesn't offer a free breakfast. Instead there is a restaurant in the hotel lobby that you have to pay for.

- NHNorman HandriganJul 26, 20263.0The hotel has a strange layout and confusing. I was traveling with two individuals who have mobility issues. Trying to identify the path to the room was not easy. The staff did do their best to show us how to get there (and the directions made sense once we found our room). One suggestion would be to guide people with mobility issues. This is an issue that can not be solved, it is the building. My concern is more with IHG than the facility. I booked three rooms. When I reviewed my rewards program, I was only credited with one room of stays. Instead of the 9 nights I paid for, I received 4. It is in the Terms and Conditions, but if I pay for 9 nights, I should get credit for 9 nights. As well, for anyone who still has airmiles: it is still transferring to the new program. Not sure how this was accomplished as I closed that program. When I discussed this with customer service at IHG, the attitude was "Those are the rules, you should have known". Interestingly, after my conversation with Customer Service and expressing my dissatisfaction, I was not offered the survey. A ploy used by companies to show how great they are. The hotel is a good choice if you need to stay in that area of Sudbury. The staff WILL do the best they can. Disappointed in IHG.
