  I payed for parking across at the best western parking lot at 0923. A boot was applied to my car tire at 0930. I spoke to the manager of the hotel and the owner/operator of the parking lot showing them that I had paid. They refused to remove the boot on my car and made me pay $160 because the slip was not displayed on the dash even though I showed them both receipts. Don't stay here unless you are interested in getting scammed hah.

  We had booked 2 rooms and our both rooms were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and Breakfast lady was so helpful. Parking is across the street and it is free. We joined best western rewards and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel whe ever we visit sudbury

  I’ve stayed at just about every motel in Sudbury and let me tell you that this is by far the best option for anyone looking for a place to stay while in Sudbury . The reason why this is my number one choice is the service , friendliness of all staff . Clean quiet rooms , don’t bother looking anywhere else , save the time and call best western , downtown Sudbury

  I recently stayed at the Best Western in Sudbury, Ontario, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.   We stayed at this hotel on the weekend of June 5 and 6th, 2026 the rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the restaurant food (we ordered off the Indian menu) was to die for. I strongly recommend this place. Vina the general manager who worked the front desk when we booked in and out was vary gracious and helpful.
