  The hotel is quite old, and the rooms feel outdated and not very well maintained. The breakfast options are very limited, and guests are only allowed to choose one item, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the price and the level of service provided.

  Wanted to love it, but unfortunately was left dissapointed with our stay. Our stay started out great at Trish at the front desk was nothing short of friendly and helpful. However, as our time went on we encountered many issues. None of the toiletries in the bathroom were full and were not re-filled throughout our stay. We also found that some of the towels rolled up in the bathroom were in fact dirty when we arrived. The pullout couch came with no bedding, and the front desk was unable to find some as housekeeping had gone home for the day. We also found the room to be extremely loud with noise from those above and in the hallway. There weren't many other guests at the hotel so we are not sure why we were all put so close together. The iron in the room was covered in something sticky, which almost ruined some of our clothing items if we didn't catch it in time. Our room keys also stopped working every day which was jjust tedious to keep having to get it re-calibrated. It's important to note that breakfast is only available on weekdays, not on weekends or holidays. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, some things were better than others.The restaurant also has very limited hours for lunch and dinner service and there's not much else walking distance if you are without a vehicle and needing a quick bite. Overall, we've stayed at many plus locations and were expecting that same level of experience. We were left feeling though that this location does not deserve the plus designation and was mediocre in comparison to any other hotel in the southern Ontario area we stayed in during our trip.

  Room was very clean and had all the necessary things. Dated in appearance but functional. Location is great and the staff were very friendly.
