The room is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall property feels very organized and welcoming. A special mention to "BEA" at the front desk — she has been extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She made our check-in smooth and has been very supportive with all our questions. Her customer service really stands out and makes the stay even better. We are enjoying our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel based on the service and hospitality so far.

The staff, gym, pool, bar, location, etc. I’ve booked myself 3 times for work and once for a family staycation over the next few months because it’s so good.

I think the Staybridge hotel and holiday inn express share the breakfast area so as a holiday inn guest you get the extras that Staybridge would offer 🤭

The beds were extremely comfortable and ensured a great night's sleep after a long day of travel. What really stood out was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. Their customer service truly made the experience memorable. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of fresh and hot options, and everything was well organized and clean. It was the perfect way to start the day. The amenities like the indoor pool, fitness center, and common areas were excellent and added great value to the stay. The location is also very convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and beautiful nearby attractions. Overall, this hotel delivers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, great service, and value for money. Whether you are traveling for business, with family, or just for a weekend getaway, I highly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Port Elgin!
