  I’m over from the UK to stay with my sister who lives near Perth .This evening we ate at the Best Western Hotel. I have to give them a 5 star rating . The food was delicious, the service and surrounding area quite was outstandingly good . Good luck with your future plans for the restaurant.

  As a wedding photographer, my couple was set to have their ceremony outside today but with the weather looking a little iffy, the hotel got a section of the restaurant set up so my couple would have a place for their ceremony out of the rain. They accommodated this with less than 24 hours notice and they went above and beyond to make the couple happy. Highly recommend checking them out!

  My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times since the summer of 2022. We have always enjoyed our stays mainly due to the friendliness of the staff and the size and cleanliness of the room. One of their employees, Rebekah, who works on the front desk has always been extremely friendly and remembered us from our previous visits, as well as the reason for our previous visits. She has also always been very kind and helpful to us. I was pleased to see that's she was the one who checked us in at our most recent visit. There was also another woman who was working on the desk with her that afternoon. When my husband and I were going to supper that night, I asked this woman where there was a restaurant nearby that was easily accessible as I have accessibility issues. She recommended a nearby restaurant where we eventually ended up having our meal. At some point after our meal, I approached her to suggest that she not recommend that restaurant again as I had not found the service, food or beverages to my liking. Instead of saying something like "I am so sorry that you did not have a good experience there", I was left with the impression that she thought that it was all my fault that the food , drink and staff of the restaurant were not to my liking. In my opinion, I thought that she was out of line in blaming me for the bad experience. I do not believe that I ever knew what her name was. Her comments certainly did not go over well, and she certainly should not have implied that there was something wrong with what I had to say. If we were not as familiar with the hotel and staff as we were, we would probably have decided to not stay at the hotel again.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely come back again. The rooms were great, everything was very clean, and the location was excellent. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  What a beautiful and relaxing getaway. The views overlooking the water and park are absolutely stunning and made it so easy to unwind and recharge. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Such a peaceful place to escape for a little rest and relaxation! Cannot wait to be back again!
