I stayed for 1 night last weekend and it was very nice. The staff are helpful and friendly. The building is beautiful and up to date. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a lot of options. I would absolutely stay here again

Great hotel experience. Very clean. Stayed here with two kids (7 and 2 years old). The were lots of breakfast options including a pancake machine which was a huge hit. Grab and go items which is helpful when you have early risers. Has a pool on the main floor too. We are picky pillow people and the pillows were very soft and fluffy- just the way we like them. Thanks for a great stay. My only feedback was there was a strong perfume smell in the room which the front desk agent was happy to switch us but we didn’t mind. I just prefer scent free environments. Thanks again.

Stayed here 5 nights for the Fiddle Contest. Clean rooms. Nice people. Breakfast was ok, but hot selections were the same each day. Food was good though. No USB charging ports in the rooms, so bring your own.

Fantastic Hotel — Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Pembroke, Ontario, Canada and absolutely loved our time here! The hotel was clean, modern, beautifully decorated and comfortable, and had everything we could have asked for. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the bathroom was cleaned thoroughly every day. We really appreciated the quality shower products provided, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Having a microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker in the room was also a great convenience. The air conditioning worked like a charm! The continental breakfast was fantastic, with so many choices. We especially loved the automatic pancake maker—it was a big hit! There was eggs, sausages, baked goods, sandwiches, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, and plenty of other options. They even offered To-Go breakfast bags, which was a really nice touch for guests on the go. The staff working at the breakfast bar were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always making sure everyone had what they needed. The swimming pool and fitness room were a huge hit with our teens. They loved having the opportunity to swim and work out during our stay. Another thing we really appreciated was having coffee and tea available 24/7 in the breakfast area, along with a great selection of delicious coffee creamers. A special thank-you to Abby at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and helpful. It was so nice to be greeted by such a friendly face! Overall, we LOVED our stay at the Holiday Inn Express and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly place to stay with excellent amenities and wonderful customer service. We would absolutely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
