- SSSewa Solomon4 days ago5.0The room was good but most importantly was the exceptional service received from the front desk officer Ryanne. He showed that he enjoyed his job and went all the way to ensure we had a great stay and all our issues resolved. A quick mention to the breakfast waitress Ahana, She was warm and very welcoming. Thank you guys for making our stay at Holiday inn enjoyable.

- LGLucas GiardinoOct 5, 20262.0Hotel was nice and clean but front desk staff were terrible. The staff is sarcastic and lies to guests just to avoid doing the basics of their job. Would never consider staying here again simply due to the way the front desk staff treated people waiting for their rooms to be available for check in… which is a shame because the location is great.

- SBSaurabh BhaleraoSep 27, 20265.0Fabulous Stay in Downtown Ottawa with Prime Convenience This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and central home base in Ottawa. The single biggest highlight of the stay is its unbeatable location in the heart of downtown, placing key landmarks like Parliament Hill, the ByWard Market, and the Rideau Canal within easy walking distance. The entire property maintains an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness, offering a warm and cozy atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. From the moment you arrive, the 24-hour front desk team provides friendly, efficient, and round-the-clock support, making check-in and check-out completely seamless. Guests can also look forward to a delicious morning breakfast featuring fresh ingredients and plenty of variety to kickstart a day of sightseeing. While the overall experience is stellar, there are a couple of cost factors to keep in mind before booking. Because of its prime downtown real estate, nightly rates tend to run on the higher side, making it a bit of an investment. Additionally, while having dedicated parking service in a dense city center is incredibly convenient, parking is not included in the room rate and incurs an extra daily fee. However, despite the premium price tag and additional parking cost, the exceptional service, spotlessly clean rooms, and effortless access to Ottawa's best attractions make this hotel well worth the stay.
