We were greeted by friendly staff, answered all our questions. Our room was clean, except for the carpet(stains). Wish they had another chair and a safe for valuables. Bathroom had a grab bar which was important for us. The breakfast was yummy, hot, and plenty for the guests. Great coffee. On the down side, 😒 the carpet on our floor hallway was filthy. We were told it would be renewed later this year.

We recently travelled to Ottawa for life saving cancer surgery for our dog, we were informed by the hospital that they had a corporate rate at this establishment. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at the hotel only to be charged for a “pet” fee after reserving under the Veterinary Hospitals corporate rate… their “policy’” was cited for charging us a pet fee. Now… I get that these corporate establishment’s are ruled under the adherence of these dictated policies and all but common; can’t a little common sense and empathy prevail over corporate revenue? How can it be on one hand you offer a corporate rate to a life saving institution for our pets for people that have travelled to be there and then on the other hand charge you for sick pet to stay there? That absolutely makes no sense, as it is the pet fee on top of your corporate rate essentially gets you back to a normal rate thank you very much. In our case it would have cost us just shy of 5K (on top of the hospital costs) to stay there for the 2 weeks that it took for our dog to have surgery and recover essentially saving her life; no thank you. We travel with her pretty extensively we’ll be avoiding this brand in the future.

Was nice the only thing we didn't like was that the floors left foot prints everywhere it looked pretty bad...did not matter if you wore shoes slippers or were barefoot

As my son and I drove onto the property, we noticed how clean and inviting it looked. We met Ms. Kamal at the front desk and she was very pleasant and helpful. The room was lovely. Clean, spacious and functional. My son was able to do some work, virtually. We will be back.

Unacceptable experience – Zero respect and complete unprofessionalism I am writing this review to warn others about the appalling treatment we experienced while trying to book the Trinity Room. We were in constant communication with the Sales Director, visited the hall in person, and everything was confirmed and agreed upon. Based on this, we printed and distributed our event tickets. Then, after several days of silence and only a week and a half before our event, the Sales Director informed us that a colleague had "already rented" the hall to someone else. It is completely unbelievable and unacceptable for a Sales Director not to know the availability of their own room. This excuse feels entirely dishonest. Given how this unfolded, it raises serious and unsettling questions about why our booking was suddenly canceled—including whether prejudice played a role because our event was organized for immigrants. This decision caused us immense financial loss, unnecessary stress, and total frustration right before our event. To treat clients with such contempt and heartlessness is unbelievable. Avoid booking with them if you expect reliability, basic respect, or professionalism.
