  I had a great experience staying here, and Nicole was especially helpful and friendly throughout my visit. She provided excellent service and made me feel welcome. It’s always nice to encounter someone who genuinely cares about making your stay a good one. Nicole is a great asset to the hotel, and I really appreciate her hospitality. I would definitely recommend staying here!

  My stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Brisebois Crescent in Ottawa, Canada, was truly exceptional. I want to start by saying that **Marie-Claude deserves far more than five stars!** She understands the true meaning of hospitality. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I felt safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. Every employee greeted us warmly and took the time to speak with us. Every question we asked was answered with kindness, compassion, and patience. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic. I suffer from multiple allergies, so having breakfast can sometimes be a stressful experience. Not here! The staff went out of their way to help me find a suitable cream for my coffee and carefully check the ingredients in the breakfast dishes to make sure I could eat safely. They took my concerns seriously, showed genuine care, and helped me enjoy my breakfast with peace of mind. That kind of thoughtfulness means more than words can express. But Marie-Claude went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at a hotel. Her compassion, attentiveness, and genuine concern for guests were extraordinary. She made us feel like people who mattered, not just guests passing through the hotel. That is a rare and beautiful quality, and she deserves to be recognized for it. I also want to acknowledge the young gentleman who was working alongside her. Unfortunately, I don't know his name, but he was every bit as kind, helpful, and welcoming. I believe that when a team delivers this level of care, **every member of that team deserves recognition and praise.** This hotel is fortunate to have employees who understand that hospitality is about so much more than a room and a place to sleep. It is about making people feel safe, respected, comfortable, and cared for. Thank you, Marie-Claude, and thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful. You have set a standard of hospitality that other hotels should aspire to. I will remember your kindness for a long time, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

  Delicious and comprehensive breakfast spread served every morning. The hot food stations, fresh fruit, and made-to-order omelets were delicious and continuously replenished by the kitchen staff. Starting our mornings in such an airy, welcoming dining hall was a real treat.

  On a passé 3 nuits très satisfaisantes, les chambres sont grandes et confortables, l'insonorisation excellente (chambre côté autoroute). Tout le personnel très pro et agréable. Mention spéciale à Marie-Claude et Nicole particulièrement attentives à notre bien-être au petit déjeuner.

  I had to stay at the hotel for an extended time due to medical reasons. The staff were amazing. The front desk, kitchen and cleaning staff were so kind and helpful. They made our stay stress free. The location of the hotel is close to the highway but also had plenty of places within walking distance to eat.
