  This review is specifically for Ben and hayaah. Ben from maintenance crew and hayaah from front desk crew. They are amazing, helpful and went out of their way to help. They made the stay even more welcoming. Ben helped came and came very clutch for me in a -40 degrees cold windy day my car didn’t start and he didn’t hesitate to jump start my car with his own personal vehicle. Hayaah assisted me and communicated very well regarding my room bookings over several days incoming several different bookings over different days for me. Amazing stay overall 10/10 would recommend.

  We had a very comfortable stay here in May for the Tulip festival. Check-in was easy, our member status was acknowledged and we were offered two complementary water bottles. Breakfast ladies were lovely and worked hard to refill items and get you whatever you needed (shout out to the lovely Alzira). I appreciate the offer of alternative milks and the sausages were delish. The pool was actually not freezing for once at a hotel, so I could actual enjoy playing with my kids. Lovely and clean. They add extra touches to make it feel relaxed and welcoming like lemon water in the lobby all day and coffee station. Would stay again!

  2nd time in Orleans, so far the best thanks to you guys, stay was really comfortable, beds are impeccably clean, guests AND staff was extremely nice and respectful, this hotel gave me a whole new look to Orleans, id recommend you check out the Orleans Fun Fair which was only around 6 minutes from the hotel, gym and pool were really clean and well maintained, and a special thanks to Alzira for being extremely nice and welcoming, she is really social and fun to talk to, my little brother loved her, she also gave him floaters to wear while swimming the second she saw us come in the pool. Thank you guys, I really appreciated it. Best hotel I've been to in all of Canada!

  Marie Claude c'est la meilleure. Elle est tellement fantastique que je suis prêt a aller en voyage avec. Elle fait son travail d'une façon exemplaire. Plus rapide de Luky Luke. Aussitôt l'assiette terminer, l'assiette disparaît par enchantement. Je suis un peu triste de partir de l'hôtel, elle vas me manquer.

  I used to stay at the Holiday Inn in Orleans often until about six year's ago, when they tried to gouge me big-time on a same-day booking. I never stayed there again until last weekend, when I decided to give them another try and got a reasonable price. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay and decided to add an extra night as I was off work the next day. Unfortunately I got called into work in Toronto and had to leave at 5:30pm the day I had booked the extra day. Also unfortunately I had to pay the full price even though I didn't stay the night. On top of that, the original price of $231 jumped to $360 for the first night, and if I hadn't been able to show the original email of that confirmation I would have been charged for that extra as well. I was at least able to get that difference refunded. So congratulations, Holiday Inn. You scored an extra charge thanks to your upper management's stinginess and inflexibility. I'm an IHG One Rewards Member who travels a lot, I will NEVER stay there again. I work for the biggest bedding retailer in Canada and we have the best exchange policy in the business...we don't gouge our clients on an exchange and, more often than not, they get money back from it. But we gain clientele that keeps coming back over and over again. I hope that extra $179 was worth it to you.
