  Plein de gens qui se drogue dans la rue en face de l’hôtel, l’insonorisation est nul on entend les auto accélérer à l’intersection, les ambulance passer au 30 minutes, pas de stationnement, Ont doit aller dans un stationnement municipal à 15-20 minutes de marche pas super sécuritaire avec les itinérants intoxiquer. Je recommande pas si vous avez des jeunes enfants, au 5eme étages on entend les bruits de la rue comme si la fenêtre était tout grande ouverte. Au moins y a un agent de sécurité dans le hall et le personnel est gentil et serviable

  Stayed for 3 nights and couldn't be happier for the price. Facility and room were clean and in great condition. Pool was smaller than expected, but not a big deal. Location was great and within walking distance of many points of interest.

  Das Hotel hat eine super Lage nahe dem Parlament Hill ca. 20 Min. und Byward Market ca. 15 Min. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Tiefgarage war Sauber und gut zu befahren. Dadurch das jeden Tag Sicherheitspersonal im und am Hotel da war, haben wir uns sehr Sicher gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war Groß und Sauber. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr geräumig. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, und der Kaffee und der Tee wurden auch Täglich aufgefüllt. Wir hatte aus unserem Eck Zimmer eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Das Frühstück war Landestypisch, Reichlich und Abwechlungsreich. Der kleine Pool im Obergeschoss war Sauber, das Wasser war ausreichend Warm und wir haben uns gut von unseren Tagesausflügen in der Stadt entspannen können.

  The hotel itself checks most of the boxes- clean rooms, impressive city views, and a complimentary breakfast with decent variety. Staff were courteous and the property felt well-maintained throughout. Parking was full- so we had to park car 7-8 minutes away from hotel. The one significant caveat is the location. The surrounding area has a visible homeless encampment situation, and I didn’t feel comfortable walking outside after dark. Solo travelers or anyone planning evening outings should factor this in.

  Although the Holiday Inn is not rated as a 5 star hotel I gave this location a 5 Star cause the front desk staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is very clean, which impressed me very much. We travel often and have stayed at hotels rated 5 stars but are not as clean as this Holiday Inn. The location is also great for walking to the Byward market and other attractions nearby. The only drawback is that its close to The Mission where many homeless people are on the street. Its considered unsafe. Walking there in the day is ok, but late at night its best to avoid the area. I definitely recommend this hotel to all visitors
