  It was just ok. I was here on business, and spent very little time in my room. I appreciated the variety of pillows and that they had non-dairy milk if you asked at breakfast. However, as others have mentioned, I was not thrilled with the cleanliness of the room. There were two long red hairs in my room (on top of the made bed and on the bathroom counter). I presumed they were from the cleaning staff because one was on top of the made bed. So at least it wasn't from a previous guest. Also there was a bandaid on the bathroom floor behind the garbage bin. Most gross though was the mouldy-looking silicone caulking and grout in the shower. I know this doesn't mean the shower is unclean, but it just felt gross. I would stay here again if I had to but would not be thrilled.

  This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in terms of soundproofing and service. The hotel is located right next to a highway, and the windows provided virtually no sound insulation. I was woken up by traffic noise around 3–4 AM and could not get a proper night's sleep. I booked directly with the hotel for two nights and paid the full rate, rather than booking a discounted rate through a third-party platform. When I asked to move to a quieter room, I was told that no king rooms were available. The only option offered was a queen room, but I would have had to pay an additional $30 to switch. What bothered me most was how this was handled. I had already paid full price for a room in which the highway noise made sleeping extremely difficult, yet the solution offered to me was to pay even more to move to a smaller room. It left me with the uncomfortable impression that if a guest is assigned a noisy room and wants a quieter one, the guest may end up having to pay extra to solve the problem. Because of the noise, I asked to check out one day early. The front desk refused to refund the unused second night. The staff's attitude throughout the situation was poor and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. Breakfast was disappointing as well, and the coffee had a strange chemical smell, so I did not feel comfortable drinking it. If you are considering this hotel, particularly for a multi-night stay, I strongly recommend asking about the location of your room relative to the highway and clarifying in advance what will happen if the room is too noisy to sleep in. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a quiet room, good sleep, or accommodating customer service.

  We enjoyed the location and helpful staff for our visit stay at Glo. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast selection was adequate as a morning start to the day. Thank you.

  Place was great. Breakfast was normal hotel style. Nothing dance but covered eggs, sausage, toast, beans, waffles, juice. Rooms are clean and large. Beds were comfortable. The EV charging was handy, came at a cost but no idle fee so overnight charging was good.
