- MBMary Brajak4 days ago5.0Staff was excellent. Hayley at reception made us feel like we were part of the family, welcomed us as if she was welcoming us into her own home. It is the first time I felt that I was a valued guest and not just a number in the system. If only every hotel were this welcoming.
- ALAmishone Liette5 days ago3.0Service here is excellent, however the room had no blinds they can't be closed to stop morning light. Breakfast area needs way more seating area for the amount of patrons attending. Parking set up is tight. Pool is nice and 10 degrees warmer compared to most hotels. First time actually used a pool shower that had warm.water as well... so 5 stars on.pool area.

The room so comfortable and spacious. In the buffet breakfast Courtney was so kind and sweet with us, offering a high quality attention. Definitletly I recommend Holiday Inn Oshawa.

Asaad asked us if everything was ok with our hotel stay and experience and we were delighted with his calm and friendly welcoming approach to us. I recommend this hotel to other people because the staff management are all kind and nice to us. Asaad the hotel staff member is very kind and understanding to our needs. He is capable of helping all hotel guests with their inquiries and concerns. Marilou and Kritika were all accommodating and supportive when responding to our inquiries and Requests related to early breakfast inquiries. Courtney was also friendly, kind, and approachable staff member who greeted us with caring manner and asked us how she could serve us. I like how she is comforting when she approached us too.
- DBDan BertrandAug 25, 20265.0We are here for a seven weeks stay (not including weekends) for my wifes cancer treatment at Lakeridge Oshawa. This hotel has been a godsend. It in a great location for us to walk to the hospital. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The breakfast here has a great selection of breakfast items and is fresh and delicious. I cannot say enough about the staff, from front desk to breakfast staff, cleaning staff and maintenance, you are are always greeted with a smile and they always take care of all your needs. Thanks for everything.
