- DXDavid Xu4 days ago2.0Booked for jetted tub room, found out that jetted tub was not working. Called the front desk and they gave me another room, which the jetted tub is still not working... Not to mention the mold that was accumulated in the side nobs of the tub, which was very disgusting. This was very disappointing because that's the reason why we booked this hotel, aside from other standard and lower-priced options. The front desk just left a "we will look into this" when I described the situation and hoping to get a refund or discount of some sort. Also there was hair that was stuck onto the towels. Fireplace was ok, the common hot tub is under maintenance still. No slippers provided, and the AC is a bit loud if it is operating.

Basic cleanliness and maintenance should be a minimum standard. This is unacceptable for a hotel charging guests for a room. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

I stay often for my work weeks and although it’s not the fanciest hotel, the staff have never been anything but lovely, the rooms and beds are super comfortable, and the location is great. Sometimes the water is hard to get to a colder temperature (but the hot water is great!), and sometimes the plumbing on the ground floor is a bit slow, but those are really the only downsides that may bother people.
