  I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The hotel is very accommodating, and the front desk staff were quick, friendly, and helpful. Jenna was especially thoughtful and helped us out when my wife and I checked in. Even though we arrived later in the evening, checking in was no issue at all, and we were given a quiet room with two queen beds. I also enjoyed the fresh breakfast selection the next morning. Overall, the management and staff do a great job of making guests feel welcome. The service is excellent, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff are approachable and happy to help with anything you need. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again someday.

  We showed up and had to request a new room. We were initially in a room close to the pet friendly rooms and there was an odd smell in that room. Front desk was very accommodating and moved us right away. A suggestion would be to have all the room carpets deep cleaned as they have a faint smell. Room was clean and larger than standard. Beds were very comfortable and had lots of pillows for each bed. Bathroom toiletries were nice. Good shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Towels were nice and large sizes. Microwave and fridge in each room was great to have. Breakfast was very good. Nice to see hot options instead of the standard continental breakfasts. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice being only 3 1\2 feet deep but large area but was warm and clean. Lots of pool towels available whenever you went in. Nice area outside of pool area to relax. Very quiet. There is a fitness center open 24 hours if that is something you are into. Very good location close to many food options close by. Location of hotel itself was good being only short distances from all local attractions. Overall, like anywhere, there are always things that can be improved. It was clean, comfortable and a great place to stay for our 5 day trip. Would not hesitate to stay again. As a side note, do not be surprised to see quite a few OPP cadets staying there as this is a main hotel stay for their training sessions. Overall, for approximately 95% of our time it was very quiet.

  We booked here based on the reviews and our past experiences with other best Western hotels. Our room was very tired and in need of a deep clean, and the beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever had at a hotel. Location was convenient and staff we dealt with were all very nice. The included breakfast was also good. Overall however, the stay there made me doubt the standards best Western keeps for their hotels and I'll look more closely at any future best westerns I have not previously stated at.

  All of the night staff is awesome. Next time i'm there I want to hear about a bonus or something for them they went above and beyond

  Front desk staff were super helpful. Pepsi machine ate our money and they offered us bottled water we needed (for us to make our toddler’s food).
