  In early May, my daughter and i toured the property for her upcoming wedding. We were assured that there would be no issue with getting rooms for the wedding snd were given a name to contact. Many attemps were made to contact with no resppnse. My daughter came back in early June only to be advised that the entire hotel was booked for a sports tournament. We both called multiple times with no response. If you are planning your wedding at the Oakville Convention centre, i would be sure to check before you make your arrangements and perhaps reconsider your options to a hotel that is happy to accommodate you. This hotel even said they had rooms but preference was given to people who were frequent visitors? We have several out of town guests who are spread out in several hotels and very inconvenient. Very disappointing and poor service.

  We stayed at Staybridge Suites Oakville for an extended period while our home was being renovated, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, and basic cutlery, which made our long stay very comfortable. Housekeeping comes daily, and toiletries like shampoo, soap, and fresh towels are provided. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The food was always good, and the kitchen staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming every morning. There is also a small convenience shop in the hotel where you can buy snacks and other essentials. The hotel also has a nice indoor pool and a media room where you can relax, watch TV, or enjoy a movie. These amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was kind, cooperative, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Whether you’re staying for a few days or a few weeks, I would definitely recommend Staybridge Suites Oakville. It was comfortable, convenient, and absolutely worth it.

  As someone getting married at the Oakville conference centre I really suggest you be careful with this hotel. We were told nothing is available for our date. I left a message for the general manager and asked for a call back… no response. Not even a call to see if we wanted a different room or any sort of help with an accommodation. As someone who works in sales this is horrible customer service. I’m really disappointed in this hotel and their lack of care for their potential customers.
