  This is a place in transition at the moment...they are refurbishing the whole place, so it did feel a little dated. HOWEVER, this was a fantastic stay. We had a 2 bedroom room with a lounge and a small kitchenette. It was perfect. We had 3 4k smart TVs that let us play our own media. There was air conditioning. There was a fullsize fridge freezer which meant I could keep water, drinks cold, and ice-cream freezing. There was a microwave that worked well. And also a dishwasher. We had 2 bathrooms with toilets and full baths. 2 sinks in a dress-up area just outside. Yes the choice of carpet was very questionable (it was perfectly clean, just looked like there was a load of grease on the floor, but there definitely wasn't ), and I do hope they change this in the refurb. There was also a laundry room free for you to use, although the machines were not domestic ones they did a good job once I got the hang of it- both washers and driers. We didn't use the pool or the gym but both looked really good.. Now onto breakfast...the ladies at breakfast were absolutely lovely - they knew who you were, gave you good advice and had good chats. The food wasn't massive in selection but only the most strange of person would complain about - eggs, potato products, bread for toast, bagels, blueberry muffins, and Canadian scones. They also had a DIY waffle machine which you used yourself to make fresh waffles. Lots of waffle syrup also. The people running this place were all fantastic... especially the breakfast folk and front of house, but the cleaners did a great job too. We will definitely be back to see this place once refurbd.

  Ich habe zwei Wochen meines Urlaubs in diesem Hotel verbracht, hatte ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer dass stehts sauber und ordentlich war, die Damen die dafür gesorgt haben waren immer nett und sehr hilfsbereit und sind trotz meiner miserablen Englichkrnntnisse immer geduldig geblieben, dass habe ich schon anders erlebt. Das Frühstück war immer reichhaltig, lecker und frisch, die beiden Damen morgens haben stets dafür gesorgt dass es an nichts fehlte. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Zeit meines Aufenthaltes wurde daß Hotel bzw. die Zimmer samt Einrichtung renoviert, davon hat man als Gast aber nichts störendes mitbekommen auch hier ein Lob an die Handwerker. Gerne komme ich wider!

  we were visiting Ontario from Moncton, NB - we choose Staybridge since it was convenient to all routes that we planning to visit while in town. Came in late but the check-in process was very quick and smooth. We booked the family room which really worked - the room is very spacious and comfortable, if you got kids this is the perfect room to book. Although, there was a minor issue - one of the toilet was clog but it’s still fine because there were 2 washroom. And there staff are very professional and friendly-as mentioned I forgot her name at the reception and also Liza at breakfast she is good. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable!! and kudos to all the staff.

  Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber von einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Team geführt. Die Zimmer sind zwar veraltet, aber praktisch eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer sowie einen kleinen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küche – ideal für Familien oder längere Aufenthalte. Die Teppiche in den Zimmern und auf den Fluren sind leider recht fleckig und sollten dringend erneuert oder gereinigt werden. Da sich das Hotel derzeit im Umbau befindet, gehen wir jedoch davon aus, dass dies bald verbessert wird. Das Frühstück ist gut und abwechslungsreich. Täglich wird zwischen Rührei und Spiegeleiern gewechselt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Liza, die sich liebevoll um das Frühstück kümmert und immer ein nettes Wort für die Gäste übrig hat. Von Montag bis Dienstag gibt es außerdem abends zwischen 17:30 und 19:00 Uhr einen kostenlosen Snack mit Getränken. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurden unter anderem Burger, Pizza, Tacos und Salat angeboten – eine tolle zusätzliche Leistung. Direkt am Hotel sowie auf dem angrenzenden öffentlichen Parkplatz stehen ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist sehr gut und eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Tagesausflüge. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

  I m staying at the Staybridge Suites in Oakville for two weeks. Some of my family are here with me. They offer everything breakfast, three free social meals at dinner time three times a week, a work out room ,pool free internet and free laundry services . We have a two bedroom suite that sleeps six and two washrooms. Along with that aliving room,small kitchen and tvs in the three rooms.The staff are so pleasant and helpful. Liza is full of smiles and greets you first in the breakfast room. She provides a wonderful full breakfast everyday. I would highly recommend a stay in this facility.
