  I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn, especially thanks to Evan and Ahmed at the front desk. They were both friendly, professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Excellent customer service from both of them. Holiday Inn is lucky to have such great people on their team. Highly recommend

  Very disappointing experience. We stayed for 2 days and were given only one bottle of water. When we called to ask for more, we were told that water is only provided at check-in. We were left without drinking water at night, which is unacceptable for a hotel. Also, Ahmed Allam, (the Assistant Guest Service Manager), was extremely rude and unwelcoming during check-in. Overall, the service was poor and far below what we expected. Definitely not a pleasant stay.

  I checked out of the hotel today, and I was not happy with my experience at all. There was an unpleasant, unclean smell coming from the hallways leading to the rooms. The hotel also does not have enough luggage carts to transport guests’ belongings to and from their rooms. The hotel services are very limited, and there was hardly anyone available to assist. I had to carry all of my luggage, which was quite a lot, all the way to my car, and I couldn’t even find a luggage cart. The entire hotel only has three luggage carts, which is completely inadequate. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness, service, and lack of assistance.

  we stayed 4 nights and had to change 3 rooms. Personal wanted to walk into the room while a do not disturb sign was posted. she opened the door and the latch stopped her. When I confronted her she said she wanted to see if we need towels. On a rainy day the window seal was broken and water was coming into the room. The floor was drained with water. When management arrived they tried to down play it, after we requested a new room the gave us a room with a broken bed, my husband who is over 70 wasn’t able to sleep. we complained again the next day and then we got a room of hell. The temperature in the room was 33 celsius and when we left they only gave us 100 Canadian dollars off the price. We stayed here last year as well and it was ok but this experience made us never ever to trust this brand ever. no safety deposit box or safe in the room.

  Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were friendly and polite, but the housekeeping was not up to standard. It felt like they focused on making the room look tidy rather than actually cleaning it. On my third day, some dust and small debris from my clothes fell onto my bed. For the following four days, housekeeping simply covered the dirty bed with the blanket instead of changing the sheets or cleaning it. The same dirt remained there the entire time, which was very disappointing. They also did not consistently restock the coffee capsules or replace the coffee cups during my stay. Aside from the housekeeping, the rest of the staff provided excellent service and were very kind and helpful. I had originally planned to extend my isolation stay for another 10 days, but I decided to leave because I no longer felt comfortable staying there. A clean room is one of the most important parts of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet that expectation.
