  I only give them three stars for service which is not really their fault but I am kind of annoyed that the deposit on the room is now on my card still and they said it wouldn't be my stay was awesome. Everybody was super nice. I thought breakfast was included. It wasn't otherwise great stay!

  Das Hotel liegt nah an der Bahn, daher sehr praktisch ohne Auto. Alles in allem okay. Es ist sauber und die Betten bequem. Leider ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage ist megalaut. Wenn man seine eigene ausmacht, hört man die von Nebenan. Am Wochenende finden häufig Events statt - also zumindest als wir in den letzten Jahren da waren

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and everything was well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Dihtara for the warm welcome and excellent service. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of fresh and delicious food, and everything was kept well stocked. A big thank you to Antoinette and Joanne for their friendly and attentive service during breakfast. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and felt very well taken care of. Thank you to the whole team we would be happy to come back.

  The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet last Friday, and it was AMAZING! It was quite busy because I think there was a sports team staying at the hotel, but HONEY MAY, our server, was very nice and attentive. Also, ANTONETTE, the sweet, short little girl working in the kitchen, was so kind and helpful. My mom has celiac disease, so we asked if there were any gluten-free options. Antonette told us that she could prepare gluten-free toast and a muffin for my mom, which we really appreciated. Even though it was very busy, she still made sure to accommodate our request. She also did a great job keeping the breakfast buffet replenished quickly, and all the food was fresh. We really appreciated the excellent service and how thoughtful everyone was. Thank you, Honey May and Antonette, for making our breakfast experience so wonderful!

  I have had the pleasure of working with the Holiday Inn on Argus Rd in Oakville for event planning and room bookings, and the experience has always been exceptional. The hotel is professional, well maintained, and provides exceptional service for both guests and event organizers. What truly sets this property assist is Jessica Madamba. She is, without question, the best sales professional i have ever worked with. Jessica is incredibly responsive, organized, and continually goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is handled smoothly. Whether coordinating accommodations or supporting event logistics, she always provides prompt, reliable, and friendly service. Hey dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail make planning events stress free and enjoyable.
