  I had a great day at the Holiday Inn Oakville. Dithara , the lady at the front desk wss efficient and kind as she fixed some online booking issues. I got upgraded to a big room with a view. I stayed for seven nights and invited my friend for one of them. We had a fabulous time. I I would gladly stay again at this hotel

  Our organization recently held a meeting at the Holiday Inn Oakville, and we were thoroughly impressed. We want to thank Jessica, the Catering Sales Coordinator, for her wonderful assistance in booking our meeting room space. Jessica's professionalism and thoroughness made planning this event so easy, nothing was overlooked, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. The event space was perfect for our seminar, and the setup was flawless. Marc in banquets had the room set up exactly right for us. We hope to return for future meetings. Five stars all around. Thank you to Jessica and Marc for contributing to the success of our seminar in Oakville.

  I have visited this hotel multiple times. Ralph is very personable and does a great job taking care of customers in the restaurant in the evening. Darlene also has a pleasant nature and takes great care of customers in the restaurant in the morning. It makes the stay away from home more comfortable.

  I wasn't going to write a review until now, as everyone needs to be aware of our story. We were supposed to stay july 20th and & July 21st. First room they checked us into on July 20th, the AC was not working, so they had to change our room for us. They downgraded the room, and it smelt of marijuana in the hallway and room and they didn't care (even though this is not allowed). So they then changed our room again, and overnight we saw a bunch of silverfish roaming in the bathroom on our stuff. We obviously immediately requested checkout and a refund which they agreed to, but to this date have not done so. Even with promises via email and phone calls, no one is refunding the stay. So please be aware you will likely not enjoy your stay, your personal belongings are at risk to bring with you at checkout, and you may have to live with Marijuana odor or broken AC units. The marijuana odor from other guests, silverfish infestations in the rooms, and broken mechanical conditions of the units are entirely unacceptable and require an official inspection, so we are letting Halton Region Public Health know of this while unilaterally disputing the transaction with the credit card (so much time wasted).

  Hotel is very clean, organized, silent, excellent pool, working laundry machines ans excellent location at a few steps of Oakville Go station (which can get you downtown Toronto, union station in less than one hour). The staff is really friendly and ready to help you ASAP. Shout outs to Anjhela for an excellent management and Raphaël at the restaurant for an excellent service.
