  The best part of this place is the bar and restaurant. My first room smelled like sweaty socks so I asked to change. My second room was fine for a day and then smelled like sweaty socks. Beds were fine and staff seemed helpful.

  One of the best hotel in Toronto. We uad a wonderful..Excellent room and amenities. Great staff specially "Gul havos" was very supportive and excellent at the front desk in providing 5 star customer service

  Exceptional service from Ralph in the dining room and Rafael was good as well. Dithara came herself to add closed captioning to my room tv, Marlene went above and beyond to help us at breakfast. We were moving during our stay and this hotel was a great relaxing environment.

  Had a great stay! Very friendly staff. Very clean property. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast is not included but is available for just north of $20 per person. For me, the best part was the proximity to the GO Train station. It's about a 5 minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient for getting to and from Toronto and numerous other GTA destinations. Would absolutely stay here on my next visit to the GTA.

  We stayed at this hotel over the weekend and were extremely disappointed with the management and overall handling of a major issue. The temperatures were very high, yet the air conditioning in our room was completely broken. It was uncomfortably hot and stuffy from the moment we checked in. We were traveling as a group of four and specifically needed a room that could accommodate everyone comfortably. Unfortunately, the hotel had no other suitable rooms available, so we were stuck in the hot room for the entire night. None of us slept well — it was miserable trying to rest in those conditions. When we complained to the front desk, the manager's response was underwhelming. They offered us only 5,000 IHG points, which is roughly equivalent to about $35 in value. For a room that cost well over $300 for the night, this felt insulting and dismissive. We understand that equipment can occasionally fail, but a competent manager should prioritize making things right for guests when the problem can't be resolved during their stay. The lack of meaningful compensation or alternative solutions left a very sour impression. While the location and other basic amenities might be fine for some, the poor customer service in this situation makes me strongly recommend staying elsewhere with better management and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. I won't be returning to this property.
