  Me and my family have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it has been a staple for us! We always enjoy our stays here and love the staff! Thanks especially to Salim for going above and beyond to helping me today 😸

  Rooms are beautiful. Amenities are outstanding and you are so close to wineries and restaurants. The staff are super friendly ( thank you Andrew ) Definitely coming back.

  WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! ZERO STARS! The bathroom sink had a huge leak that took forever to get fixed. It didn't seem like they had actual maintenance staff, but rather untrained HOTEL staff fumbling through how to fix things. We also found bugs (YES BUGS) in our bed! One of the staff members looked at our video footage of the bug and told us it was A TICK. He said it like it was no big deal (because apparently potential Lyme Disease is no big deal). To add insult to injury, the manager gave us the hardest time about getting a refund. NEVER STAY HERE....TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE HOTEL.

  There were some things about this hotel that were stellar. A few standouts were the breakfast, which was delicious, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff. But there were a few annoying hiccups that decreased the overall experience. One was that our TV just didn't work. We were supposed to be able to cast our phones to the TV for streaming, but It just never worked. Even after getting someone come to our room, they couldn't figure it out either. Another issue was that our room card key stopped working. We went out for the day, and when we came back it didn't work. Our key card also didn't work to enter the pool area. Now in all these cases the staff were very friendly, sympathetic, and eager to try and resolve the issue. But it was just annoying to have to keep getting help. Another few small issues. We requested a certain kind of room online ahead of time, but when we arrived here we didn't get it. Again, the staff quickly and happily moved us into the right room after we told them about the issue. But then in our room the lamp lights flickered. All these issues (aside from the TV not working) could get fixed, and were fixed. But it was just kind of annoying to keep notifying staff over and over. Overall, I would probably come back again, but I could be swayed to try somewhere else, too. Breakfast was fantastic though. They had this caramel french toast casserole thing. It was delicious!

  I stayed there for more than a week. Not the cleanest pool I have seen. They clean it once a week probably. (Look the photos) No brush for the WC, you have to call the made for cleaning in case residential faecal stay attached to the WC. (See the photo) Very nice place with fire place. But unfortunately they have a gas leek and you smell badly the gas in the back yard. (Photos) If you stay one night and you don’t use the pool you could go there… Could be a nice place to stay if you like air conditioning. As you can’t open even a single window in your room. But, to there defence, I must say that I had the same problem with the White Oaks Resort & Spa Hotel just on the other side of the road. Last verdict, Hotel could be nicer but poor execution and not clean. The hotel people working there are okay.
