  My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for several days. Our service was exceptional. We cannot express our gratitude to the staff for the assistance, particularly Carolina from the front desk, who was outstanding. She was remarkably helpful. When my husband fell ill at 2-3am during our stay, Coralina helped me contacting 911. The ambulance help my husband and took him to the general hospital in Ontario. The service we received at this hotel was truly outstanding. Every staff we dealt with were incredibly helpful. The general manager Derrick and sales manager Rose and Abby provided acceptional assistant as well. We felt royalty throughout our stay. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone at your hotel. Despite the unexpected that required us to extend our stay beyond our original plans, we had an excellent stay. The room was comfortable and clean, enableling us to rest after a long visit at the hospital. Everything turned out wonderfully. We're very grateful. Thank you for your help!

  The holiday inn express was one of the best experiences ive ever had! My family like many had been displaced due to the flooding in north St.catharines. it is and was a very stressful time. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were so kind to us! They were so accommodating and caring!! I also had my dog Marshall with us and the staff had come to know him well. It became routine for him to see who was at front desk and say his hellos. In a tough time the made it feel like home. I appreciate how kind and understanding everyone was. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay!! The staff are absolute gems. Our family misses everyone and we hope to stop in so Marshall can say hi! Thank you holiday inn express for you kindness and understanding in a very tough time. ❤️🐕

  In town for hockey and this was a great find! Easy commute to Gale Centre Arena and definitely a different vibe than staying by the Falls. Free parking, breakfast included, and honestly the cleanest place we’ve stayed in the area. Not super walkable, but close enough to wineries, breweries and shopping—whatever your vice. 😉 Definitely keeping this one on the list when we’re not venturing to the Falls.

  This hotel was the best holiday Inn I have ever stayed at the only bad thing was that the pool wasn’t filled all the way to where it was supposed to but it was still a good pool. The location was good it’s not like you are right next to the falls but it’s not like you are super super far away from it. And the housekeeper set up the stuffed animals on top of the bed cutely and the last time a hotel did that was at Disney, I attached pictures. And the housekeeper also left a note too, I attached a picture too. So the overall rating was 4.6 so I have to round it up to a 5.
