- DRDiego Romo3 days ago1.0The service at breakfast was terrible. A woman named Shilly was rude and dismissive. As a local business, they should provide customer service training for their staff. I do not recommend this place because of the poor service.

The white, elderly, woman who worked at the kitchen & one of the dayshift, front-desk, middle aged white woman were racist towards us. They treated us as inferiors. And they discriminated their services with us. We were left feeling judged and hurt, solely based on our ethnicity. I feel awful to have had my children, exposed to their bigotry. Prior to Ontario, I lived in Vancouver for decades. Not once did I have similar experiences there. I would never recommend the Best Western Colonel Butler to others.
