I'm quite surprised of the reviews here. Initially I showed up at Niagara Casino and Resort, some quick directions and we found the place. The place smelled like chlorine which reminded me that there's a pool here indoors on the first floor. Check in was lengthy due to lost reservations The good: 2 people staffed and were friendly. Some rooms are remodeled as they're going thru rebranding. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, ice available on floors 1, 3 and 5. Located within walking distance of TGIF, Outback next door, The Keg, STk and others very close. The bad: Parking $45 a vehicle for 24 hours $35-offsite parking (around the corner whatever that means). You can leave and come back if you need to. Great Stay, price doesn't always equate to value. Price is very reasonable in comparison to hotels nearby. EXCELLENT VALUE before rebranding. After rebranding hopefully prices don't go insane.

Place was very simple. Clean and quiet but needs a lot of updating. No place to lounge in the lobby to watch a game or sit and read. Room was very out dated even old TV channels. No streaming available. At night the air was stuffy, the air-conditioning ran all night and was very loud. For a Plus side, there was a microwave that came in handy. Bathrooms were the only thing updated. Coffee pot didn't work they did bring up a new one but that one leaked water. Gym was small with 2 treadmills and 2 other forms of cardio. However there was A good selection of free weights. More than 3 people it got heated in there. I did like all the available water stations.

I personally liked this hotel because of its location, very strategic and going to tourist attractions is very walkable. In terms of the room atmosphere, i would say it's standard and wide in general, but it's not bright enough that it gives the homey vibes. Lastly, in terms of service for an Asian like me that loves to cook instant cup noodles, it's a bit hard to do that, especially when the hotel don't provide any utensils or bowls or even kettle to boil up water in the hotel room. For a fellow southeast Asian like me, this place is suitable for me if I want strategic location and not consider food options. Lastly, if you ride by car, they have a cheaper parking options compared to the other lots. This is as of June 2026, it might change in a couple of years.

I paid 800 usd taxes included for three nights for a room on the 11th floor with a view of the falls. Not a full view but the bulk of the horseshoe falls. Rooms are a bit small but very comfortable. The shower was updated in our room as part of their upcoming rebranding. There's a water refill station and a water fountain which is a bonus at any hotel. The incline railway is a short walk away, and the wego blue line bus stops right in front of the hotel. The off-site parking was the only one I thought was a bit of a rip off. It's a 10 minute walk away, the hotel claims there's a free shuttle but it wasn't available when I asked. And they charge 30 CAD for it which is the posted daily max rate at the lot so you're not getting any hotel discount for parking.

Pros: The overall impression of the hotel is very good, and the cleanliness throughout the property is excellent. Cons: The signage and navigation instructions for the remote parking lot are inadequate and need immediate improvement. The parking coupon lists the address as 5609 Dunn St., Niagara Falls, ON, but this specific street address is entirely missing from the physical signage at the lot, which instead reads "Niagara Falls Hotel and Suites." Furthermore, GPS and car navigation systems frequently misidentify the entrance, leading drivers to the adjacent "next door" parking lot—which also lacks a visible street number. Clearer marking on the parking signs would easily resolve this confusion for arriving guests.
