  Stunning hotel and gorgeous views of the city from the room. Skylight snd jetted tub is awesome. They even have a pool and gym. 5 stars I would definitely stay again.

  I am so glad we ignored the negative reviews, and relied on the positive ones to book this hotel for one night. It was peaceful, clean, and comfortable. We had no problems from check in with wonderful Tea to check out in the app. The hotel is located within walking distance of Skylon Tower (where we had dinner) and the casino (which we did not visit). Our view from our balcony was of the parking lot, where we had complimentary parking. To see the fireworks, we just walked outside and down the street to the Falls. Our king size bed was comfortable. We both slept peacefully through the night. Flat screen TV was good - watched Top Gun 2 before the fireworks. I liked the side chair and ottoman. Also the desk area with office chair. The AC was quiet! The bathroom was big, and hot water was plentiful. We had two sink areas, so we could get ready in the morning at the same time after refreshing showers. We kept our waters cold in the fridge. We did not use the Kuerig or coffees/teas, but we did use the ice bucket. Ice was just down the hallway. Pool outside looked good. Fitness center had all you'd need to be fit, including cold water dispenser. I think there is an indoor pool, but I didn't look for it. Internet could be slow. When it was, we switched to cellular. The red light on our phone blinked all night, but I put a sock on it until I could call the front desk in the morning. I could not find the phone number in the room, or extension for front desk, so I called on my cell after Googling for the number. I was told to dial 65 for voicemail. I did, and I deleted all messages. The red light continued to blink. Maybe the cleaning crew will reset it. When we return to Niagara Falls this will be our first pick for a place to stay.

  Nice hotel. Great location close to the falls. Casino and several restaurants are close by. Also indoor and outdoor pool. The internet was poor at least in our room.

  Upon my arrival at the Holiday Inn, the receptionist was pleasant and very knowledgeable, and the room was very clean and welcoming and the price per night was also very reasonable, considering it was right next door and a short walk to the casino., Overall I really enjoyed my weekend stay at the Holiday Inn Fallsview, and I will definitely return in the near future. I highly recommend this location at the Holiday Inn Fallsview.

  We booked a one-night getaway here but were pretty disappointed. To start, the bed was highly uncomfortable and sagged right in the middle. On top of that, the bathroom is dated and missing towel hooks, and the office chair was visibly worn and tattered. Do not waste $50 on the breakfast buffet. It’s the exact same spread you get for free at a budget motel (scrambled eggs, meat, potatoes) except some motels actually have a waffle maker lol. The service was also incredibly slow. Three separate people told us to sit anywhere, but I still had to hunt someone down just to get plates and coffee. We genuinely should have just gone to Denny's for a Grand Slam where they have cooked to order eggs. Next time, we'll pay a little extra to stay at a nicer hotel instead.
