I recently had the chance to stay in Room 121, and overall I was not very impressed with the experience. The room itself was very clean, and the staff were polite and friendly throughout the stay, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected the overall comfort and value of the stay. One inconvenience was that the room did not include a microwave, which made things less practical when purchasing takeout food and trying to warm it when getting back to the room. Secondly, the chair near the desk in the room was ripped so the furniture felt really out dated. The TV system was satellite-based and had limitations when trying to connect personal devices. When I contacted the front desk for assistance, they unfortunately did not have access to the master remote needed to change the TV inputs.
Another major concern was the lack of soundproofing. The walls between rooms on the main floor are extremely thin, creating privacy issues, as I could clearly hear guests in the neighbouring room and it seemed they could hear me as well.
The hotel also advertises high-speed internet, but during my stay the connection only tested at around 20 Mbps, making it difficult to properly browse the internet and stream videos as it was quite laggy, so beware for anyone visiting on business. While the staff were kind, hard-earned money is spent expecting a comfortable , accessible, private stay, and unfortunately this experience did not fully deliver on that expectation.
The main benefit of the location is its proximity to Fallsview Casino Resort, falls and a nearby Tim Hortons.
Great location, very clean room, comfortable mattress and pillow, has a mimi refrigerator, 2 pools, sauna and jacuzzi. Quiet and walking distance to many attractions.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionist was unprofessional and did not treat guests with the level of courtesy and respect you would expect. Additionally, breakfast starting at 8:00 AM is far too late, especially for business travelers who need to get to work on time. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at starts breakfast around 7:00 AM, which is much more practical. Unfortunately, due to the poor service and inconvenience, I will not be booking at this hotel again.
PROS: Excellent location. Very walkable to Table Rock, Clifton Hills (20min), and Rainbow Bridge. My balcony faced East and I was able to get a glimpse of the Falls. Service was responsive and professional. Free parking.
CONS:
- Hygiene/Cleanliness. The bed was "done", but had a ton of hairs on the top cover and behind the pillows. We didn't check all the way under the sheets because it was obvious it was not replaced between guests. We notified the staff and they had a couple gentlemen promptly come to the room around 10pm who changed the sheets for us. As they were replacing the sheets, they left to get another sheet because of an issue with the replacement sheet they initially brought. I asked if there was an issue with their laundry machine and they stated they used a third party to wash their sheets.
- No sound proofing. The room bed is next to the vent. The vent had sounds from someone else's room so I could hear them talk and watch tv. It led to a disruptive morning as I wanted to sleep in but I heard them very clearly between the hours of 8am-10am talking.
I would consider staying here again as I spent more time outdoors than in the room, and staff quickly addressed the used bed situation. I would just hope my neighbours aren't chatty, or bring earplugs myself.
Heartbreakingly disappointed. After being loyal guests, we felt totally disrespected.
This was our third stay at this property this year alone. We even chose to give them another chance after a stay last year where we were infested with ants, because we truly wanted to like this place. We thought things were finally going well until this stay in Room 123 on April 21, 2026 After the way we were treated, it will be a long time before we ever consider coming back.
The disrespect started at check-in. We booked a King room with a balcony, but they put us in a low-level room with a terrace. When we pointed this out, the staff was dismissive, telling us a terrace "is a balcony." Which it is not. They actually insinuated we were lying about our booking just because we didn’t have the email pulled up at that exact second. To be treated with that kind of suspicion as a repeat guest was a slap in the face. On top of that, we couldn't even get connected to the wifi the entire time, leaving us completely frustrated.
The room condition was gross. There was hair in the bathtub and a persistent smell of cigarette smoke. Our "terrace/balcony" was littered with cigarette butts that people had flicked down from the floors above. When we mentioned that, we were just dismissed again and told, "people just smoke on the balconies anyway." It felt like their own non-smoking policy didn't even matter.
We got almost no rest. The people upstairs were stomping and slamming things around until 1:30 AM, and then they started all over again at 7:00 AM. To top it all off, at 9:00 AM—while we were finally trying to get some sleep—a staff member started yelling while doing yard work directly outside our door. It was the final straw.
While we were exhausted from the lack of sleep, we ultimately chose to leave early because of the blatant disrespect from the staff, the constant noise, and the fact that we didn't even get the room we paid for. When we told management we were checking out, they seemed like they couldn't care less. They offered an insulting $22.49 credit, which didn't even come close to fixing the situation. We gave this hotel so many chances, but being treated like we didn't matter was the end for us.
