  If I could give less Stars I would. Let's start with the fact that I came home with bites all over me and after going to the doctor I was told that I got bitten by bed bugs from my one night in this terrible hotel. Besides thay bed bugs there other bugs in the room right after we checked in , it was not cleaned properly al all. I woke up in the middle of the night with a bug on me in bed. The pool was also quite dirty, the water in the indoor jacuzzi had lots of bugs floating in it which no one bothered to clean. As for customer service, I can honestly say I have never me more unprofessional people. They took no accountability for what I went through and offered no resolution. I have never stayed in any hotel and come home with bed bugs . This was the most traumatizing one night hotel stay . I will never stay at any Holiday Inn as they cannot be trusted .

  To be honest the property is well kept and staff was quite accommodating. Unfortunately the breakfast experience (managed & hosted by Coco Staff ) was incredibly disappointing. Staff was terribly disorganized and inconsiderate when asking for plates, utensils and replenishment of empty dishes. As a result of our experience, we would recommend other venues for breakfast and meal options. Staff should either be retrained or replaced.

  The Holiday Inn by the Falls - IHG is an affordable option when visiting the Falls. It's within walking distance of the Falls, the casino, & popular restaurants. It's also next door to Margaritaville with CoCo's Steakhouse, & Pizza Lounge being downstairs (in the lobby) of the hotel. The amenities are plenty: Two pools (inside / outside), sauna, hot tub, & gym. This is a great place for families. The hotel offers free parking to guests, which is awesome for being so close to the Falls This location does not offer complimentary breakfast (which is not on brand with Holiday Inn), however I think this is a franchise location; & it didn't matter much to us. We chose to eat off site; so many options! In addition rooms are not equipped with microwaves, safes, nor view of the Falls... However that didn't matter much to me. The staff was great: "Heyyy Vinny, Tracy, & Pardeep!!" I highly recommend this property!

  Extremely disappointing stay and by far the worst experience I have had at a Holiday Inn. There was a continuous water leak from the bathroom ceiling directly above the toilet throughout the entire night, which made the toilet essentially unusable. I reported it to the front desk, but the hotel was fully booked so they could not move me to another room. Their solution? They gave me a few towels. I understand that a hotel can unexpectedly have maintenance issues, and I understand that they cannot move a guest if there are genuinely no rooms available. What I cannot understand is how leaving a guest in a room with an unusable bathroom all night, providing a few towels, and then charging the full room rate with absolutely no compensation is considered acceptable. I travel frequently for work and stay at Holiday Inn properties regularly. I have never experienced anything like this before. I have video documentation of the leak. Maintenance problems happen — how a hotel chooses to handle them is what matters. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable.

  I was quite disappointed with the condition of this room, particularly considering what I spent in points for the stay. The office chair was in frankly unacceptable condition, with the upholstery peeling off extensively across the seat, back and armrests. What makes this more frustrating is that I found another review from approximately five months ago mentioning the same issue, and the hotel responded that the chairs were in the process of being replaced. Five months later, ours clearly had not been. The bathroom also had a sliding door with the handle and locking hardware completely missing. There was simply an open hole where the handle should have been, meaning you had to use the edge/opening of the door to move it. Aside from offering no way to lock the bathroom for privacy, this seems like an unnecessary finger/pinching hazard. More concerning was the bed. The bottom of the bed frame was missing its protective/finished covering, leaving a metal bracket protruding at foot level. I didn’t initially notice it and hit my foot against it, which genuinely hurt. This isn’t just an aesthetic maintenance issue—it should be repaired before someone gets injured. I understand that hotel rooms experience wear and tear, and I don’t expect everything to look brand new. But there’s a difference between ordinary wear and leaving badly deteriorated or potentially hazardous items in a guest room. Between the chair, unfinished bathroom door and exposed bed hardware, this room simply didn’t feel properly maintained or inspected before being given to a guest. I hope management addresses these issues rather than simply apologizing for them, particularly since at least one of them appears to have been raised by guests months ago.
