  Clean rooms conveniently near the airport. I had great experiences with the staff but not all my colleagues did.

  Pool was closed for maintenance but we were not warned ahead and would still be charged if canceled reservation upon learning this at check in. The place and my room smelled horrible. Could have been cleaner. Breakfast buffet was cold, literally COLD and overpriced. Room very much overpriced. I would never stay there again, would sleep in my car happily before going back there. The staff were very kind though.

  Brutal. Asked for a new room immediately after seeing the dirty rug, bathroom, and sheets. The second room was also filthy. Had someone come up and clean the bathroom and I changed the sheets. The shower door fell off. The rug was filthy. The pool had no heat and looks green. I like using the stairs which were constantly filled with weed and cigarette smoke. Fire alarms, an all night party on the 4th floor were some lowlights. Lots of weed smell in this building with a hint of urine. No HD tv or even a guide to see whats on. The phone clock was completely unhooked. The coffee machine was filthy. One side of the bed had a deep groove. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. The staff however were very nice!

  Well where do I start, I’ve stayed in many holiday Inn Resort . This is by far the worst experience that I had. The rooms are so dirty & smell so bad I can’t even explain. When I was checking in there was 4 employees at the front maybe they were changing shifts who know. I was checked in without any issues or long wait. However, seems no one checked the room before checking in a guest. I have never been to a hotel that did not have clean towel, the pillow cases bed sheets was dirty as well. This place is such an embarrassment to the IG brand. Even the AC was plugged out. To top it off only one of the elevators from the lobby works. A big yellow plastic in front of it. I booked three nights I only stayed two night. I couldn’t take the smell and discomfort. The front desk did change my room after I complained however not even an apology which make me think its normal. The second room was the same The resources at this location must be better allocated . Too much persons at the front and no one assign to cleaning the room. I will be writing a letter to the president of the company maybe someone needs to visit this location . The IG brand is definitely been destroyed. Such a shame.
