  Convenient location, close to the airport. Some good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Shuttle service seems to be on hotel’s set schedule. Took about 25 minutes to be picked up from airport. Hotel room was adequate, good breakfast. I would recommend for a short stay.

  We had a wonderful stay at IHG Airport West. Easy accessibility around, staff is approachable and helpful specially Sunaina at the front desk.

  Nice and clean hotel. All of the staff was suer friendly and the room was clean and updated. The breakfast in the morning was good and we were able to sign up for a time slot back to the airport on the shuttle when we checked in. It is a distance from the airport, and sometimes the shuttle fills up, and people need to wait for it to loop back around. There is also not much close if you want to grab something to eat.

  I had a very short stay here for one night, basically to catch an early morning flight for next day, the hotel is close to the airport with free airport shuttle which is a big plus and it features all basic amenities is it’s very practical and functional hotel with a small swimming pool and Jacuzzi, which are unfortunately not very well maintained. the facility is very very old. It smells bad. It gives you a feeling like you are in an industrial warehouse and not in a hotel. I found the cleanliness of hotel to be problematic because the bed sheet literally had stains on it.. breakfast was good and included hot items. There’s a small business center on site in case you need to use a computer to connect to Internet and do some basic work. The hotel location is away from the city cent and close to the airport and is entirely surrounded by industrial warehouses.. but it is obviously very good for quick approach to and from the airport.

  I went to this hotel in Toronto on the 30th to resolve the issue in person and argued with front desk staff Na***sh for two and a half hours. I presented official booking screenshots and the hotel’s written policies, yet this staff member kept changing excuses and told inconsistent lies: claiming my three bookings had mismatched dates, invalid order numbers, that I called on the 29th to reserve rooms, and even that Booking.com never sent them any reservation information. After checking records on Booking.com, we found the hotel fraudulently marked all three of my unoccupied rooms as checked-in without my consent. They clearly intended to charge me full payment while reselling the rooms to other guests for double profit. Terrible unethical operation, strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel.
