  Going back tomorrow as my last visit was so lovely. Staff great. Girl at the front desk her name starts with an S (Suyna) sorry that’s prob wrong. She was brilliant. Kind and friendly and so helpful. This hotel is clean and quiet and all the staff that I met greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. I’m actually going a little out of my way to stay here but I would rather do that and have a great experience.

  The room was damp and humid due to an issue with the AC. The reception team changed our room, but the new one was only slightly better; I think the whole building's AC system needs attention. Other than that, there were only minor issues, which is normal for the price. Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again on my next trip.

  Amazing service especially when. You have a 2 yr old making attempts to runaway. Staff was super patient and very helpful keeping him distracted while I checked in. The rooms are clean and yes there is carpet in the rooms BUT I can tell you that they are clean how do I know this, because mine was still drying lol. I dont say this as a negative because once I called the were super prompt to move me and apologize. I mentioned this because there are hotels that have carpet but can you actual say they clean-clean it. For this hotel 💯. I also need to share a special note about a young lady that went out her way to help me with check in and bring me a key for the switchbecause she saw me with my amazing and forever on the go 2 yr.old grandson lol. Sunayna thank you showing me that customer service still cares and I appreciated your small gestures to make out night positive.

  Pathetic phone conversation by a person named Kartik. Rude behavior, dont know how to talk to customers. I am surprised who hired him & how such a reputed hotel chain is continuing with this kind of staff & behavior. I asked politely by giving the reservation no that can u plz confirm me that reservation is done, for that he put me on hold for 15 mins & after 15 mins he picked up the call to say u need to.hold for another 15 mins. Wanted to clap 👏 . Its a 1 min job after u get reservation no to tell anyone that whether booking is confirmed or no & holiday inn needs 30 mins to inform this. What a customer service. For sure will cancel my reservation with them. I dont know anyone reads or action this or no but if I can I will give negative rating for customer service to this hotel. Don't know how such a big name in hotel industry gives this kind of service

  It was a nightmare. The hotel didnt pick me up and they sent me to the wrong holiday inn. There are 3 holiday inn toronto airport. Similar name but not same location. Different shuttles and the names on booking app are confusing and even photos are misleading. Dont stay at holiday inn to avoid nightmare after a long flight until they sort this issue of hotel names, shuttles to airport, and photos.
