  Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Einfaches Frühstück mit dem Nötigsten, mit Einweg-Geschirr, aber immerhin nicht mehr aus Plastik. Zimmer mit Standardausstattung, sauber. Shuttle zum Airport fährt alle 40 Minuten. Vom Airport zum Hotel nach telefonischer Ankündigung (Infoschalter im Terminal kann hierbei behilflich sein) mit ca. 15-20 Minuten Wartezeit. Das Hotel liegt recht nahe unter der Abflugschneise.

  This hotel has become one of my favorite hotels in Canada. The staff is always welcoming, kind, and professional. Ruja at the front desk is especially friendly, helpful, and always welcomes you with a smile. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. I honestly haven’t had any inconveniences during any of my stays here. I’ve traveled around Canada and stayed in many hotels, and this one truly stands out because of the excellent service and overall experience. Highly recommended!

  My stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toronto Airport West was outstanding. Everything about the hotel felt incredibly organized, from check‑in to shuttle coordination. I felt completely safe throughout my visit thanks to the clean, well‑maintained spaces and secure atmosphere. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the stay smooth and comfortable. And the breakfast was a total standout. Fresh, plentiful, and far better than what most airport‑area hotels offer. I left impressed and energized. Highly recommend.

  My husband and I traveled to Toronto to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary, and staying at this property made our trip even more special. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The hotel staff helped my sister organize a birthday surprise for me, which truly meant so much and made me feel incredibly welcomed. Every staff member we encountered was polite, warm, and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was top tier, and we were very impressed with how well everything was maintained. The breakfast spread was absolutely one of the best we’ve had, so many delicious options and everything was fresh and well-prepared. We genuinely loved every part of our stay and created such beautiful memories here. This will definitely be our go-to hotel every time we visit Toronto. Highly recommended!

  First time staying at this Holiday Inn Express location, which was very convenient with the free shuttle from Pearson airport. Only downside which I had no idea of and not listed is that the shuttle comes every 40 minutes, even though the drive is 10 minutes, but with traffic would make sense. The hotel was clean, spacious, close to restaurants to eat at, includes a free breakfast, which I did not utilize, and comfortable. The pool was small, but decent, and the hotel tub wasn't much of a hot tub, it's more so made for 1 person. The king sized room with living room I had received was excellent. It was comfortable, spacious, and I enjoyed an excellent sleep in this room. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and helped answer the questions that I had. They were also very helpful with booking the shuttle. Overall, great value for money, comfortable, spacious, a free shuttle to and from the airport, and a good choice for a close hotel airport.
