  We stayed at Executive Residency of Mississauga, and unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing. To be fair, the room itself was in good condition. However, the housekeeping service was extremely frustrating. We had to call the front desk several times each day for basic services such as fresh sheets, clean towels, and garbage removal. Housekeeping would only come after repeated calls. Having to repeatedly contact the front desk just to receive basic housekeeping services was unacceptable and became a constant inconvenience. The overall property was not clean or well maintained. The pool area was particularly concerning. The water was so cloudy and dirty that you could barely see the bottom of the pool. There was also a small drip from the ceiling inside the pool room, which added to the impression that the area was not being properly maintained. We also experienced a serious rodent-related incident during our stay. A mouse chewed through wiring on our vehicle, and we had to pay $825 for repairs at the dealership. We have photographs of the damage as well as the dealership receipt documenting the repair cost. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The food did not appear fresh or freshly prepared each day, and the overall quality was poor. Overall, we expected much better housekeeping, cleanliness, maintenance, and food quality. While the room itself was good, the problems with housekeeping, the condition of the property and pool, the ceiling drip in the pool room, the rodent issue, and the poor breakfast made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

  This hotel sucks . The room was dirty, stains on the couch and bed sheets and a hair tie on the bed frame.We stayed here for 6 days and only one day we had our bedsheets change rest she would not even dare to clean the bathroom and the dirty dishes in the sink unlike the other hotels. We had to beg for housekeeping and even when they did the floor was never sweeped or mopped. The tv was from the Stone Age and had no streaming services. Breakfast no option , no fruits , no halal food nothing and no veg food, we only had one dried muffin for breakfast . Service was horrible of hotel especially room cleaning and no one care about our experience. If there was an option to give zero stars I would sleep on the streets if this was my last option.

  Came at 1pm was unable to checkin until 2:45 so they couldnt have a room ready till over 3 hrs after people left and i stay at hotels frequently so this has never happened before. And after they gave the room it smelled of nasty skunk cannabis and a candle was left on in it to try and cover the smell so we then had to wait for new room. The springs were coming out of the sofa bed so mom was unable to sleep. The 2 other queen beds were old and junk and I had terrible back pain in the morning. The breakfast was 6/10. Only came here because I was unable to extend my stay at cambridge suites in mississauga which was a far superior hotel. I will never stay at any best western hotel ever again. Book better hotel 1 week in advance at any other place if your planning on coming to toronto.

  Conveniently located near the airport. Rooms were very clean, beds were so comfortable! Great service. Would stay again.
