  PHOTOS on site are deceiving: shows two pools and there’s only one, no snack bar and deli, gift shop; only a few machines that don’t work, BREAKFAST was horrible; not like in photos at all; eggs are not real and tasteless; poor quality of hot food!! Put teams with regular guests; kids running up and down halls; knocking on my door twice. Although parents should watch their kids and teach some etiquette. Let them loose so they don’t have to watch them. ROOM smelled like urine and blood spot on ottoman - advised front desk but no follow up from them - had to ask cleaning staff myself. NO BLACKOUT CURTAINS - only sheer blind so room is lit up. ROOM WITH KITCHEN USELESS - full size fridge (not necessary) dishwasher and hot plate but useless because no utensils, pots, pans or dishes provided; NOT USABLE! Hotel should not charge for this as an upgraded feature. Overall, paid over $1,000 for three nights and would never stay here again. More like a motel than hotel!! Rates are way too high for this place.

  I recently stayed in the King Suite and had a great experience from start to finish. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable and were always friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus with good variety, and having free parking and Wi-Fi made everything even more convenient. The location right next to Highway 401 was perfect and made traveling around the area very easy. Overall, an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

  We had a great experience staying overnight here. Loved our room (Family of 6), lots of space for all of us! We found the hotel very clean and breakfast was great. Lots of variety. Always pleased with Holiday Inn’s.

  Wonderful service from all the hotel’s staff. Starting from front desk - efficient check in and our room was cleaned thoroughly. Kudos to their housekeeping for keeping their rooms and common areas spotless. The breakfast offers a variety of food and the servers were very friendly.
