The sink drainage doesn't work, moved into another room and had similar issue. Climate control doesn't work either had to deal with the AC unit producing loud noise. The complimentary breakfast had zero halal option. Cinnamon rolls were boxy and stale. Watery baked egg named scrambled eggs.

After checking out room, we were getting a strong chemical smell and so Juan personally went to the room and agreed that the smell came from the shampooed carpet which had not dried up as yet.
