  I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn! From the moment I checked in until I left, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. A special thank you to Juan and Luqman at the front desk for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help with every request. They truly made check-in and the overall experience seamless. I’d also like to recognize Prateek on the night shift for his excellent customer service and friendly attitude. It’s always reassuring to know there’s someone so attentive available, even late at night. Breakfast was another highlight of my stay thanks to Sivajini, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was well stocked and guests were comfortable. Her cheerful service made every morning enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the entire team went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn and look forward to staying here again.

  This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've had. As a Holiday Inn franchise, I expected a clean, well-maintained property, but this hotel fell far below that standard. The carpets were visibly dirty, spider webs everywhere, and the room had a strong smoke odor that made it unpleasant to stay in. I spoke with the manager and requested a different room, hoping the issues would be resolved. Unfortunately, the replacement room had the same problems—it also smelled like staled smoke. The bathroom was another disappointment. The shower had extremely low water pressure and barely did more than drip, making it frustrating to use. Overall, this property fell well below the standard I expect from a Holiday Inn franchise. The cleanliness and poor maintenance made for a very unpleasant stay. We checked out before 6am the next morning. Warning to future guests: If you expect the level of cleanliness and comfort normally associated with a Holiday Inn, you may want to look elsewhere.

  The front desk Luque is a very nice person ans helpful. My suggestion is to offer a better coffeebreak with fresh bread and cheese, ham, etc. Also more fruits would be great.

  I got here yesterday, extremely tired from a long day of travel, and the front desk folks were really nice, efficient, and welcoming. I felt bad for Luke, the guy at the front desk who was helping someone before me. He was trying his best to offer all these good options to make the customer happy, but nothing worked. I just think these people behind the desk are trying their hardest, and in this case all they get back is a look of disappointment. I really appreciate their hard work.

  Updating the review, surely had an experience which was not in line with holiday inns previuously, but issue has been addressed by management, which shows the mindset for customer relations are at the right place, thank you for a prompt and curtious call, addressing the issue, i am confident right conversations and training would have been provided.
