  Juan & Luqman took good care of us. They allowed us to have an early check-in. After checking out room, we were getting a strong chemical smell and so Juan personally went to the room and agreed that the smell came from the shampooed carpet which had not dried up as yet. He quickly arranged for another room. Awesome service!! Thanks to the both of y'all.

  Too saif khan team We have now been staying at the hotel for 11 days, and before we leave, we just wanted to take a moment to say a very big thank you to everyone who has looked after us during our stay. From the moment we arrived, we have felt welcomed, comfortable, and well looked after. We truly appreciate all the kindness, care, and attention that you and your team have given us. Every little thing you have done has made our stay more enjoyable and has made us feel at home. We know that looking after guests is not always easy, and we really appreciate the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. Your friendly service, helpful attitude, and warm hospitality have not gone unnoticed. We have really enjoyed our 11 days here and will remember the good experience we have had. Thank you once again for making our stay so comfortable and pleasant. We are very grateful for everything you have done for us. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to all the staff.   We were planning to leave early at 3 am. Luke was very nice at the front desk and got us bananas and yogurt even though we missed the breakfast time window.

  We arrived earlier than expected after traveling from the United States, and it happened to be a long weekend in Canada. Despite the busy holiday period, Purdeek at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to fulfill all of our requests, even though we arrived much earlier than our scheduled check-in time. Kudos to the entire team, especially the General Manager, for providing such outstanding customer service. The room is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions and essential places. We also appreciated the secure parking, which gave us peace of mind with our stay. Overall, its a wonderful experience and truly felt well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
