- MAmadel agabinJul 1, 20264.0We stayed at the Best Western in Milton. It was okay, but unlike some other Best Western locations, this one does not offer complimentary breakfast. We called ahead to request an early check-in and were told our room would be ready by 1:00 p.m. We arrived at 12:45 p.m., but we were only able to check in at 1:30 p.m. The main issue was the condition of the room. It seemed like it had been cleaned in a rush, as there was still an unpleasant smell. The bathroom sink was also clogged. On our first day, the receptionist gave us the wrong Wi-Fi password. She tried to help us, but it still didn't work, and it seemed she wasn't sure what the correct password was. We checked out early at 4:30 a.m. Overall, the stay was acceptable.

A primitive AC unit blows the curtains around so wildly I had to weigh them down with the trash can. Additionally, the sheets had what appeared to be stains of blood on it. I'm glad my company paid for this, because I wouldn't spend a single dime of my own money here.

It is conveniently located right off the 401, and has the restaurant Kelsey’s next door, as well as a number of fast food restaurants just down the road. It was centrally located within 10minutes of each of the 3 arenas we played at. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool. If there was one recommendation, I would suggest providing a complimentary breakfast for the guests, as this is provided at most hotels now. There is a microwave, and mini fridge in each room. We would definitely stay again if in the area, and would recommend to others.
- FMFwad MalikMay 31, 20265.0This is a great little local hotel, even for a local getaway with a pool. Kids really enjoyed the pool which is an indoors all year around somewhat warm one to enjoy. I do recommend it. Rooms are well appointed and equipped with microwave and refrigerator which is really great.
