  Horrible stay—do not stay here! Our room had dirty sheets, filthy floors, and a headboard with what appeared to be dried bodily fluid on it. The hotel lobby also had a visible leak with what appeared to be black mold growing around it. We brought these issues to management’s attention, and although the General Manager acknowledged our concerns and promised compensation, we are still waiting weeks later. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a Staybridge Suites.

  Our very first experience with Staybridge and IHG. Definitely will be going with this brand for all of our other hotel experience. Would like to mention that Vincent and Alvina were exceptional, went above and beyond and will definitely accommodate guests. All staff from front to housekeeping are wonderful and truly care about the guests. If you're visiting London and looking for a hotel, truly consider this hotel. Thank you, Staybrige Suites for a wonderful experience!

  Nice Hotel. Great location. Arrived eve of 25 August and the handsome young gentleman at front desk was very polite and respectful. Rooms are very clean and offer nice amenities. Evening light meal offered was French fries, Pretzel Bites, Gravy and Salad. Morning breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage and more. The 2 ladies in the food area, kept everything stocked and clean. They were both very nice and polite. Nice Hotel. Highly recommend.

  Just wanted to leave a review that the service at Staybridge Suite London was absolutely top notch. I had made a booking error and didn't catch it until the morning our family was to check in. When I called (basically right at check-out), Daniel answered and resolve my mistake without any penalty. He was kind and understanding. He was also there at check-in and again, he and Manpreet provided fantastic service. I feel terrible, I cannot remember the name of the night auditor that checked us out of our stay (it was 4am!), but he was also really kind. My only "complaint" (and it really isn't) is the pool may be a bit on the small side for teen-aged kiddos. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay. Thank you!

  The overall stay was okay, but there were two issues that made the experience uncomfortable. First, the pillow had an unpleasant smell and I also noticed some stains on it. Because of this, I had to change the pillow before sleeping. This raised concerns about the cleanliness and condition of the bedding. The more serious issue happened at around 11:00 a.m. while we were changing clothes and getting ready to check out. A woman knocked on our door, but before I had enough time to reach the door or respond, she had already opened it and entered the room. She then asked if we needed anything. We reported this to the front desk, but they told us that they did not have any staff who would have entered our room. However, we are confident she was hotel staff because she was wearing the hotel uniform. Knocking does not help if staff open the door almost immediately without giving guests reasonable time to answer. Since the room was still occupied, this was very uncomfortable and a serious privacy concern. I hope the hotel looks into both the cleanliness of the bedding and its room-entry procedures so this does not happen to other guests.
