  I only had to stay one night, but the rooms have everything for a long stay. Fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave etc. The hotel has a laundry room. It definitely exceeded my expectations for the price. I will definitely stay here on my next stop in London.

  Well-Equipped Suite, but Room for Improvement The suite we stayed in was well-equipped, with a full kitchen, a regular-sized refrigerator, a large microwave, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and more. The closet even had a hanging organizer, which was a nice touch. There were plenty of electrical outlets throughout the unit, a large television, and adequate lighting. The bathroom amenities were also well-stocked, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. We particularly appreciated the separate areas for the shower and bathtub, toilet, and sink, which made the bathroom layout more convenient. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a fitness centre, although unfortunately, we weren’t able to use either during our stay. Another perk was the complimentary breakfast, which included hot food, as well as unlimited coffee and tea. However, we would have appreciated a wider variety of breakfast options. There’s also a business centre, which is convenient for guests who need to get some work done. One thing to note is that we weren’t eligible to earn IHG One Rewards points for our stay because we booked through Agoda. If earning points is important to you, it may be worth checking the terms of booking directly through IHG instead. On the downside, the customer service wasn’t particularly exceptional during our stay, and the lobby and hallways were quite busy and noisy. We could also hear loud conversations coming from another room. Additionally, the air-conditioning unit was quite noisy, and the thermostat didn’t seem to accurately reflect or regulate the room’s temperature. The TV guide also appeared to be outdated, which made it less convenient to check what was showing. We encountered another issue when we ate at the courtyard because the lobby was full. When we tried to return to the building, our key card wouldn’t work at the courtyard entrance, leaving us locked out. We had to knock on the door to get someone’s attention inside so they could let us back into the building. That said, it was Thanksgiving weekend, and a full youth hockey team was staying at the hotel with their parents and guardians, so the busy atmosphere was understandable. Overall, the suite itself was comfortable and had plenty of useful amenities. However, the noise, temperature control, outdated TV guide, limited breakfast selection, key card issue, and service could all be improved. With some attention to these areas, the hotel could offer a much more pleasant overall experience.

  Staff were friendly but everything else was unfortunately subpar. The inclusive breakfast buffet is handy but the quality of the food leaves me wanting more. The elevators were often dirty with food. Housekeeping for our room was missed on our second day. The rooms themselves were just okay. It was strange having the bathroom sink outside of the enclosed bathroom. The air conditioning unit in the room was also incredibly loud - it sounded like a construction truck was in our room all night. All in all, you pay for what you get and we learned the hard way so unfortunately we will not be staying here anymore.

  First I called here about information and I talk to a very amazing agent about bring our emotional support dog she said it was no problem. We'll we checked in and I finally meet the same agent her name is Lynn omg what a great person she is .I have stayed at many IHG motels and I have never had this kind of service .I hope IHG read this about this amazing service from this agent LYNN she deserves to be recognized for her great amazing service ty Lynn 😊

  Came here for our daughter surgery 3 night stay Tv didn’t work told them in the morning came back at night still nothing Told them again ohh maintenance guy off 🤦🏻‍♀️. Seriously?? Still waiting day 3 Plus no one answered the phone at desk had to physically go down to tell them again Was a very stressful 4 days and to come back to the room to chill and nothing We can’t even connect our Netflix or anything to the tv Just didn’t need that extra bs to our stay
