- ADAlex D3 days ago5.0Our stay was great. The location was convenient near plenty of places to pick up food within walking distance. Pretty standard mid-range hotel room, nice and clean. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. What made this stay remarkable and made me want to write a review was the wonderful service from Danielle at the front desk. She was pleasant and made us feel very welcome. Not only did I experience great service from her, but I witnessed her treat every guest she interacted with very personably and professionally. She was friendly and genuine, she clearly cares a lot about doing her job well. Our stay was overall very positive, however my minor criticism is that our room could have had better lighting, a ceiling light in the living room area of the king suite would go a long way. The TVs lacked smart app options for streaming services and youtube which felt outdated compared to similar hotels.

She would always greet us upon returning to our rooms, and took time out of our day to talk with us and ask us how things were going. Unfortunately, the hotel is currently surrounded on all sides by construction, so getting in and out can be a pain.

The room was gorgeous and very spacious, the front desk staff (I believe her name was Nicole) was SO nice! Super friendly and answered all of our questions. The pool was clean and big. The hotel is located near a bunch of restaurants and stores so we didn't have to travel far if we needed anything. We were very very happy with our stay and will definitely be booking here again in the future 😊

Fortunately enough I met two employees, Ash the night manager and Nicole a front desk agent working in the evening, they were able to answer all the questions I had. They were very accommodating. I have stayed at the crown plaza in Vietnam and intercontinental, and this hotel surpasses them by a landslide. They have a gym that’s open 24/7, and free coffee 24/7. Amazing amnesties. I would highly recommend staying here. It was an amazing stay!
