  Had a great stay at Holiday Inn & Suites London. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Everything was well maintained, and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

  It was easy to check in and very happy helpful staff, they even gave recommendations of the best spots for food depending on what your craving! The room was nice and clean with a modern feel to it!

  location close to expressway but we had to drive several miles to downtown for things to do in London. We knew that ahead of time and cannot complain. Parking was free and convenient. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and spacious and everything worked. Breakfast offered a number of options and better than most chain hotels I have been to and service was excellent. Hot and cold options available. Pricing reasonable. No problems with WiFi. Would be willing to stay here again.

  Management needs to do a better job of ensuring that when mistakes are made proper compensation is offered. My stay started with being told that a patron arrived shortly before me, and purchased a room upgrade, and my room was chosen as the candidate, leaving my party of three in a room with only one bed. Which meant i had to wait for someone to provide a throw in bed, after my 2 hour check in process where the receptionist had to figure out what room to even put me in. Then knowing i would have to be moved into a room with two beds the following day, but having plans to not return to the hotel until later in the day, we had to pack our belongings up before heading out. Luckily a break in our plans brought us back to the hotel mid day to check on our room switch, to discover that the a/c in the room we where switched to was inoperative. Luckily another 2 bedroom suite was coming available that day. After all this i was given 60 dollars in adjustments for my 5 day stay which totalled $980. One of the nights during our vacation was spend at another motel as my partner was so unimpressed they cut their stay short. I could go on and on about how much extra expense i incurred in order to preserve the quality of our vacation after having to deal with the disorganization and lack of consideration for the interruption caused by the hospitality coordinator at this location. Definitely more than $60 worth of trouble... Additionally, what Hotel has smart tvs in todays day in age, that are not connected to internet for use of streaming services? (The answer is this place)

  EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! My wife called in advance that we will be arriving late (for our 31Jul-01Aug reservation), around 1.30am today (01August) because I just arrived in Detroit at 11.30pm from a long-haul flight. The front desk clerk advised my wife that we just need to ring the doorbell so she can let us in.we arrived at 1.30, rang the doorbell, amd no one responded. We walked towatds the other door (front) ans rang the doorbell, no one still responded. We went to tbe point of banging on the glass door and even tapped my car key so someonw can hear us, to no avail. The front desk clerk (FINALLY!!!) Opened the door for us AFTER 30 MINUTES OF US BANGING THE FRONT DOOR! Obviously looking that she slept through, gave us her alibi that she had stomach pain which even made us SOOO PISSED OFF! Made me even more mad when she demanded that we EXTEND HER OUR COURTESY OTHERWISE SHE WILL NOT CHECK US IN!!! IMAGINE I DROVE FROM DETROIT FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS JUST TO BE TREATED THIS WAY?!? WHAT KIND OF HOTEL STAFF ARE YOU HIRING!?!? Someone who has an alleged "stomach discomfort" without even having any reliever at the front desk?!? Is this rhe kind of customer service you arw running in this hotel?!? The front desk clerk DID NOT EVEN WEAR HER NAMETAG FOR US TO IDENTIFY HER!!! WHAT A SHAME OF A HOTEL THIS IS!!! All she cod have done was simply apologize to her that she fell asleep, which was SO OBVIOUS IN HER EYES, end of story! I could have settled with that and not wrote this complaint. WHAT A WASTE OF STAFF MEMBER YOU HAVE HERE!!!
