Just 4 starts just because the room wasn't cleaned and garbage wasn't thrown out when the room was set to be cleaned since before noon. We did need to call for them to do so in which they did take the trash and place a bag with new towels but did not take the old towels and redo the bed or tidy up I suppose. Maybe was a one off but the rest of the experience was great and all the staff was kind
