  Very nice. I like the bedroom being separate from the rest of the room Makes it not feel so much that not at home.

  Front desk staff were excellent, especially Danielle. The hotel is fairly well furnished but the only drawback was housekeeping. Rooms were dirty and a lot of areas were missed during cleaning. Midway through our weeklong stay we asked the front desk for more clean towels and coffee for our in-room coffee maker. Housekeeping ignored the request for refresh service that day and the next day seemed angry when she came to our room with the fresh supplies. A great hotel but your housekeeping team lets you down.

  The staff was great and helpful but the rooms need more attention. The shower curtain had an unpleasant odor and some of the bathroom accessories were broken. There was a coffee machine with no disposable cups or coffee mate next to the coffee machine. Can’t say the overall experience was bad but I’d hope these tiny details are handled for future guests and visits.

  My wife and I went to London this weekend and stayed at the Candlewood Suites. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. If we return to London we will stay there again.

  Kash, the receptionist, provided outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the check-in process. She handled everything smoothly, quickly cleared up all of my check-in issues, and made the entire experience completely stress-free. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. Thank you, Kash, for making such a great first impression—I truly appreciate your excellent service!
