  Our check in process was seamless and the Duty Manager was super pleasant. She noticed it was a birthday celebration and hooked us up and it was greatly appreciated. Riley (Aquatics Manager) was also another person to recognize for their customer service skills. He was amazing with our kids and he noticed that my son was really enjoying the Koi pond. Riley offered to have our kids stay back at closing and help feed the Koi. This absolutely made both my kid's experience a memorable one. Not only did he allow my kids to help feed the Koi, but he also was very knowledgeable about the Koi and offered a lot of information to my son. Thank you Riley. Both of these individuals made our experience a great one. I apologize that I cannot remember the Duty Manager's name but if it helps, we checked in on May 17th at approximately 6pm Thank you so much and we will be returning.

  This hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking a tropical getaway without the need for extensive travel. While we appreciated the overall experience, we found that the dining and drinks were somewhat costly, and the arcade also appeared to be on the pricy side. One feature we were unable to access was the water slide, which was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. Despite these setbacks, we overall enjoyed our stay and would consider returning with advance planning and a slightly increased budget.

  We just stayed here for a night with the family. Our room was nice, We had a balcony overlooking the pool. Our room had a pull out couch and seating area with a king bed. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. I called to ask for extra blankets and pillow for my son and room service quickly brought it to our room. The staff was great. We enjoyed the pool that night we got there and the morning before we left. They had about 4 or 5 lifeguards, 2 at the slide. The slide is only open friday-sunday. The pool was clean and they had plenty or towels available for us. We ordered room service from Shelly's restaurant. I had the Mediterranean salad, it was good. My son had the chicken fingers and fries. They were absolutely delicious 🤤. The location is nice and close to a lot of fun things to do. The factory and the children's museum about 15 min away, and there are a lot of restaurants close also. This place is a great family hotel to stay at. They also have an arcade but we didn't go down to see it. We will definitely plan to stay here again with the family and make it at least a 2 night stay next time.

  Our stay at the Best Western in London, Ontario was absolutely outstanding truly the perfect “Caribbean-style” getaway without the stress of airports, especially with young kids. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly respectful. Their level of hospitality really stood out and set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel itself was very clean, well-designed, and thoughtfully put together to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. Our room was perfect for a family. The large, comfortable bed, pullout couch, and two TVs made a huge difference no more negotiating over what the kids wanted to watch! Having a microwave, mini fridge, and other small conveniences made it feel like a home away from home. The grand finale, though, was definitely the pool area. The palm trees and coral fish theme created such a fun, tropical vibe it really felt like a little escape from the cold. My girls had an amazing time swimming and playing at the arcade, which added even more excitement to the trip. Overall, I highly recommend this family-friendly oasis. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a touch of summer, even in the middle of winter!

  I don't write reviews normally and i am sad i have to do this one. It's disappointed that all the 5-star rating comment people and the influencers fail to mention how horrible the hotel rooms actually are. The rooms are not only outdated, they are dirty and need fixing everywhere. They are on par with motel rooms! The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall half way. Does the management actually not care to send in someone to fix it? Because i surely do hope that the cleaning staffs actually do report about these. In terms of safely and security, all the side entrances are completely wide open for any one to enter the building. Key fob entrance does not exist in this hotel. Yes, the swimming pool and water slide inside an oasis feel like area is definitely an excellent selling point. It's an excellent area to host birthday parties as well. I love that concept. However, who knows that maybe anyone, whether from local area residents and/or guests staying in nearby hotels etc, attending the parties can enjoy the pool as well. It was super crowded in the pool area. That wristband was a joke. I have seen many people without a wristband. In the middle of the night, you can hear the adults very clearly and loud on the hallways. NO courtesy whatsoever! Perhaps they didn't care about other guests who were sleeping after midnight. I am a parent myself and i understand parents want to party, too. But seriously?! Interrupting everyone else at 4 AM? Hotel staffs did nothing either.
