Very disappointed with this stay.
The biggest issue was the noise. Our rooms were located beside a hallway door that every guest had to use, and the door let out a very loud squeak every single time it opened or closed. Around 8:00 p.m., I reported the issue to the front desk and was told someone would come fix it. Unfortunately, no one ever did, and we had to listen to the squeaking throughout the entire night, making it very difficult to get any rest.
To make matters worse, there was a pre-set alarm on the bedside clock that went off at 6:00 a.m., waking us up. I initially thought it was just our room, but I later found out the exact same thing happened in the second room I had booked. This is simply unacceptable and suggests that basic room checks were not performed before guests arrived.
What disappointed me most wasn't just the maintenance issue—it was the lack of follow-through. The hotel acknowledged the problem, promised to address it, and then did nothing.

We stayed here for a little family getaway and overall had a good experience, mostly because the manager was so great.
Our original room had a major AC issue — it straight up wasn’t working, and with the heat that was a pretty big problem. It seemed like a few other rooms were dealing with the same thing, but the manager handled it so well. He was dealing with multiple frustrated guests at the time and still stayed calm, kind, and super helpful. He personally showed us two other rooms we could move into, and we ended up in a bigger, better room that was actually cheaper than the one we originally booked. Honestly, he turned what could have been a really frustrating stay into a much better experience.
A couple things I think are worth mentioning though — the lifeguards at the pool were not great. During a really busy time at the pool, they seemed much more interested in chatting with each other than actually watching the pool, which was a little concerning. As someone who used to lifeguard, that stood out to me right away.
The other issue was the arcade — a few of the games were broken or not working properly, which was disappointing for the kids.
So overall, definitely some issues that need attention, but the manager’s customer service really stood out and made a huge difference in our stay. A BIG shout out to Ben ( our manager)

I took my 19 month old son here for a night and we had an absolute BLAST!
The pool was so much fun. They provide towels and lifejackets and even water wings for the little ones. We had a room overlooking the pool area, which was fantastic. We felt like we were at a resort away from home!
After swimming in the pool, we made our way down to the restaurant for a delicious meal (The prices were excellent) And after our fourth swim of the day, we headed to the arcade for some more fun. After our snack, we went for a nice little stroll through the resort and then headed off to bed and clean crisp white sheets 😍
If you’re looking to get away with your little ones for a night or two, Definitely try this place! If you can book a suite do it the rooms are fantastic and we will definitely be back!

The only real downside is the pool area, which is the main attraction for everyone, so it gets very crowded. When it’s that busy, it also doesn’t feel as clean or well maintained as it could be. The hot tub is also quite limited, with a maximum capacity of 7 people, and it’s almost always full, making it hard to actually use.
Everything else was good. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well, and the curtains were great, providing full shade and helping the room stay comfortable.
At the time of our visit, Wellington Road was also under construction, which made traffic flow very slow and a bit uncomfortable. I understand this is outside the hotel’s control, but it did affect the overall convenience of the stay.

I was so excited to take my family away for a night out especially since I have seen so many people post about this place. I spent $350 for our night which I honestly went with because this place “had it all”. I wouldn’t normally spend this much but my partner wanted to go. His birthday and Father’s Day were in the same weekend and I don’t normally do anything for him so I wanted to splurge. The pool area is really the only thing that met my expectations. It was convenient to be able to walk out the patio door to the pool too.
But my gosh $350 for one night in a hotel… in London.. I thought the room would be much nicer. The mattress had a huge dip in it and I had to get out of bed 3 times in the night to fix the bed sheets that wouldn’t stay on the mattress. The carpet in room felt like it was damp.. throughout the whole room. The bathroom needed some serious upgrades with the shower peeling, toilet paper roll holders barely functioning. The air conditioner just seemed like it couldn’t keep up either.
The space felt like it needed a good clean and upgrade. I wouldn’t complain soo much if I was paying a more reasonable price but honestly, this place is not at all what the online promoters make it seem.
