  Front desk employee Aastha (apologies if I miss spell the name) was so kind and gave us a free upgrade to an executive suite. Dan received us with a warm welcome. Stuffs are extremely professional and well behaved. Breakfast was quite decent. Location is also convenient. Only thing need to improve is inside the suite the locker wasn’t working, saw couple of stains in the wall. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Overall it was a pleasant stay! Thank you!

  Came to try to check in at 9:30pm, after a long day of work and having another booking be booked for the wrong week (my mistake). Had the money via debit to essentially pay for 4 of their rooms and their incidentals - and I was rudely turned away. It’s late and I work long busy days… so now I need to try to find other accommodations. Edit: the front desk ACTUALLY assumed I was a prostitute and advised me to goto a few local 2 star motels. Will be calling corporate on this matter. I’m a medical professional who so happens to have tattoos and like to wear makeup…. I’m so appalled.

  Unfortunately we had a very bad experience here. The heating and air conditioning unit in our room seemed to spark and it therefore produced terrible smell. We had to move rooms in the middle of the night. We requested a refund, but hotel management has yet to resolve the issue. Very hard to deal with. I would not recommend staying here.

  Be aware when you book this hotel that there is currently significant construction happening that makes it difficult to enter and exit. It's easy to miss the entrance, but if you do, you can turn right at the lights by the Harvey's and enter in from the side (behind the Harvey's.)

  We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn during our Niagara trip. We were a large group of 16 people, including 8 adults and 8 children, and we really appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the hotel was for our group. After having a disappointing experience at another hotel during our trip, staying at the Holiday Inn was a completely different experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Our rooms were in good condition, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt much more professional and properly maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and respectful, which made a big difference, especially when travelling with a large group and children. We also appreciated the convenient location and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. We were very happy with our stay and felt that the hotel provided the quality and service we expected. I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn to families and larger groups visiting Niagara Falls, and we would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.
