My experience revealed a severe lack of financial transparency and unprofessional billing practices: Charged Without a Final Invoice: The front desk processed automated transactions directly to my credit card without providing or emailing a final, itemized receipt. Hidden Post-Checkout Fees: Temporary authorization holds were converted into permanent charges after checkout without any warning, explanation, or updated documentation. Advice to Travellers: Demand a printed, itemized invoice showing a zero balance before you leave the front desk. Monitor your bank account closely in the days following your stay.

- GGGuitarmanMar 4, 20262.0The room wasn’t too bad overall, but I was very cold the first night. The heater was set to the highest setting and the room still didn’t warm up properly. I mentioned it to management the next day and they were able to override the thermostat, which helped. I was also told I had to sign up for IHG rewards program or I would have to pay for parking, 60$ fee. Personally, I don’t think guests should have to pay for parking unless it’s in a parking garage. Reason for the 2 star review. The TV remote was probably one of the worst I’ve dealt with, it barely changed channels, lagged constantly, and the TV is locked so you can’t plug in your own Fire Stick or streaming device. On the positive side, the room was very clean and it does have a small fridge, which is convenient. It’s fine for a night or two at the most, but I wouldn’t want to stay much longer than that.
