  PARKING: They charge $6 for parking and then tell you to take out your valuables because there's been thefts. My Company paid for the room they never told them about the Parking fee. Now I have to go back and try to get the money from the Company or forget about it. Why don't you just add $6 to the coat of the room? This is HIGHWAY ROBBERY literally 100' from the highway...

  I was not impressed. I brought a group in. Two people at the front desk told me there was parking at the back of the hotel for bus parking. Well guess what. Bus parking was back there but trucks were parked. And also cars. Therefore I had to park across the street. Once I did. I came back in the hotel after parking ask the lady at the front desk what floor is the ice machine on. She was not that friendly. I just don't understand why you give a company a hard time registering people that stay at your location. Even though everything's paid for in advance. My opinion I honestly would never stay there again.

  Honestly, the room was fine, the breakfast was good, the pool was fine. But it's over priced for what it is. Near enough $300 for a basic room. And in testament to gouging customers for every nickel, they charge $6 for parking. Yet another corporation throwing extra charges on for no reason. I'm personally not going to stay here again. I feel I can get better for less.

  We had a great stay here recently. The suite was perfect for keeping the keeping separate so my wife and I could stay awake later than them. The hotel seems very-well managed - clean, courteous, good pool, and no issues of any kind. Plenty of parking and the location with easy highway access and near takeout places is super convenient. We'll certainly be back next time we're staying in the city.

  Exceptional Hotel Experience – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They greeted us with a warm attitude and made us feel like valued guests right from the beginning. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, and the staff were always willing to help whenever we had a question or needed anything. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed, pillows, and blankets were fresh, clean, and comfortable, which made it very easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also spotless and clearly well taken care of. What impressed us most was the level of customer service. The staff genuinely seemed to care about our experience and were attentive and respectful throughout our stay. Good customer service can make a huge difference, and this hotel definitely understands that. Overall, we had a very comfortable, pleasant, and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable room, and excellent service made this experience much better than we expected.
