  Hotel is brand new and is very nice. Couple of issues needing attention. 1) They were allowing guests to bring their dogs into the breakfast area. This is an Ontario public health regulations violation and must be stopped right away. 2) the front desk staff are not properly trained. They can't answer any questions specific to Rewards, reward perks such what time is extended check for Gold lever. I mentioned the dogs in the breakfast area and the front desk gentleman told me it was ok, it's not a health code violation. Not acceptable on any level.

  Everything is good except the air conditioner, the noise sounds like a train running through. Not sure if it’s only an issue in my room.

  Great hotel, very nice and clean due to it being brand new. There were a few concerns with the room and our stay. 1. The A/C unit in the room was very noisy when shutting off which disturbed sleep. 2. Rooms not very soundproof can hear kids screaming and voices in other rooms. 3. Emergency exit door locked open all the time we were here, which was a security concern. Told 2 staff members but nothing done. 4. Breakfast is amazing but was always out of multiple items, to be fair, when mentioned it to the kitchen lady, she did something about it. All in all a nice place to stay in a good location to beaches and town centre.

  This is a brand new hotel. Exceptionally clean, spacious and functional rooms, great breakfast and welcoming staff! Will definitely be coming back again. The hotel is a bit remote, but you can get anywhere within a 5 min drive.

  It is a very nice hotel through and through. The property is just a short drive from downtown Kincardine. The rooms are very spacious and have everything one could possibly need while away from home. Comfy bed, good shower. The breakfast area and lounge on the ground floor are very well maintained, and speaking of breakfast, it offers great quality and value - there are plenty of options to choose from every morning, with some items changing day to day. I was greeted and checked in by Jesse, and it was a very nice and warm welcome. It’s a dog-friendly hotel, and they truly mean it - my husky received lots of attention and love from nearly everyone who works there, and it all felt genuine. I haven’t visited the gym or used the laundry facilities this time, but I will definitely be back. Thank you!
