  Extremely clean and comfortable. Loved that the rooms had a full kitchen which was super helpful with kids. The outdoor patio was also beautiful. We used the BBQ and had a great experience. The only feedback is that I wish the had more tables for breakfast. They seem to have too manyy sofas and not enough proper eating tables and chairs. Would have also appreciated some high chairs for younger kids. The breakfast was delicious. Overall the experience was great!

  I stayed here for five nights. The hotel is new, easy to access and comfortable. Breakfast is included; it’s a bit repetitive but still tasty. My main complaint is the absence of an EV charging station at the hotel, though the nearby Tesla Supercharger compensates for this and makes Kincardine a convenient base for exploring the region. Adding on-site charging would be a major advantage for the hotel and a strong differentiating feature for EV travelers.

  We spent three nights at the Staybridge and had a very pleasant overall experience. The property is new and clean. The location is quite convenient too—just a short drive to a grocery store, McDonald’s, and even the downtown area. We stayed in a mobility suite with two queen beds, a comfortable couch, a kitchen, and a bathroom designed with accessibility in mind. Even though no one in our group needed the mobility features, the room worked great for us. The walk-in shower is fully accessible—you could easily roll in a walker or wheelchair. The only minor drawback was the low water pressure from the shower head, which makes sense given the open design; higher pressure would just flood the floor. The suite’s front door is automatic, which is convenient whether you’re dealing with mobility needs or simply hauling luggage and groceries. The kitchen was well-appointed with a dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, and full-size fridge—everything you need for a longer stay. The beds were excellent: the mattresses felt soft yet supportive. The couch was comfortable, and the large TV made it easy to cast media. The one real downside of our particular room was that it was adjoining. Sound transfer through the connecting door was terrible. That’s clearly a design/construction issue and has nothing to do with the hotel’s management or staff. Speaking of staff—every employee we encountered was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was substantial, with all the usual options: waffles, bacon, yogurt, coffee, and more. A special shout-out to the breakfast team. On Saturday the place was overrun by kids and parents in full weekend mode. They even managed to break the waffle mix dispenser. Keeping that area stocked and semi-civilized while the guests behaved like hungry little (and not-so-little) savages is no easy job, and the staff handled it with impressive patience. The gym is small but has everything you need for a quick workout. There’s also a pleasant patio next to the bar that’s perfect for morning coffee or breakfast. Being only four floors, elevator waits were never an issue. Overall, a positive stay in a clean, modern hotel with helpful staff and solid amenities. We’d happily return but would pack ear plugs due to the sound transfer issue.

  New hotel, rooms were very clean and layout is very accommodating. My son was disappointed that they didn't have a pool yet but that is on the works. Our room was attended to each day with fresh towels and trash emptied. Staff was great but the breakfast situation was understaffed and some questionable decisions were made. It was the end of a holiday weekend and the hotel was packed. They were unable to keep up with breakfast service and the waffle batter situation was unacceptable. Basically they had a large bowl with plastic cups that guest would use to scoop the batter and pour onto the waffle pan. These cups were being used over and over again. This was disgusting and unsanitary. There were flys landing in the exposed batter (or maybe we just call them raisins). This shouldn't even be an option. If the batter dispenser is broken just take that off the menu.

  Rooms are amazing and the staff are super helpful! The hotel is still new its very well maintained. And the location is just minutes from everything! The breakfast included in the stay was also amazing I honestly have nothing negative to say about my stay! Thank you staybridge Team! We will be back!!!
