  Great location, close to highway. Breakfast was simple but enough options to start your day. Service was excellent, we had to check in very late and they were very accommodating. Only complaint would be the difficulty in closing the sliding door in our room but other than that our room was clean, and had everything we needed.

  The motel is a perfect stay when attending local events. Restaurants are close by as well as shopping. Staff are very welcoming.

  Yesterday my family was involved in a serious car accident on the 416 just outside of Kemptville while driving from Toronto to Ottawa. Our car was totaled and we were brought by ambulance to the Kemptville hospital. As the hours wore on at the hospital, we realized we would not be making it to Ottawa yesterday evening. We called the Kemptville SureStay around 6pm to reserve two rooms and explained our situation: we were at the hospital, waiting to be seen by the doctor, without a car, unsure when or if we might be released. The kind staff went above and beyond: they checked in with us by phone throughout the night, and when we were finally discharged around 1am, they came and picked us up from the hospital, drove us to the tow truck lot to retrieve our belongings from the car, and then took us to the hotel. This morning, when we had to return to the hospital for more tests, they drove us back and held our belongings at the hotel until we were discharged and our relative could pick us up. I have never experienced such kind service and in a moment where I truly needed it. Thank you to the staff who helped us, we will never forget it.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Best Western! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the excellent service. A special thank you to Meena at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She went out of her way to help us and made us feel very welcome. Her friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Mina, for your wonderful hospitality! We truly appreciated your help and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

  Room 128: We stayed for two nights as our campsite was rained out. The hotel surpassed our expectations. I was greeted by two young gentlemen who were polite, professional, and friendly. They informed me of the free breakfast which consists of bagels, cream cheese, boiled eggs, toast, yogurt, muffins, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. It was free, it was fresh, it filled the morning void, so no complaints. There's free Van Houte coffee in lobby area. The hallways were scent-free which is always a good sign. Our room was very clean, no musty hotel smell, there were no stains on the sheets, the blankets were clean as were the pillows, the floors had just been moped, and the bathroom, and bathroom towels were clean as well. I'm someone who doesn't like sleeping in hotels for cleanliness reasons, I'm kind of a germaphobe, but this hotel didn't make me uncomfortable at all. There was a mini fridge along with a microwave in the room, very convenient. What I truly enjoyed was being able to step out of my room and into the outdoors through the back sliding doors. They have also provided their guests with two patio chairs and a table just outside the rooms, so thoughtful. And, what I found charming were the Begonias hanging outside the rooms. It's a very well appointed hotel that I would highly recommend as it surpassed our expectations!
