  Great hotel! Newly renovated rooms, the shampoo/body wash provided is Dove and the toilet paper is cottenelle which is a nice touch and appreciated for the quality. Front desk staff were friendly and quick to check me in and out. Would definitely recommend.

  The property is clean and well maintained. The staff are polite, friendly and courteous. My only complaint would be that the mattresses are really beyond their prime. Too soft and no support making sleeping difficult.

  It's clean, service is friendly and self-serve breakfast selection is great. They even have gluten free options. The footprint is small but they did fit a well maintained little pool and gym in here, and the dining room is just the right size theoughout the stay. Very comfortable "just right" no fuss place to stay at.

  Nice hotel and friendly staff. Had some troubles getting the room we booked, but Ann at the front counter was super polite and accommodating. She handled the issue very efficiently and did it with a smile. Will definitely have to come back if we’re in the area, and Ann deserves some recognition!

  We stayed here for 3 nights in August 2026. The room itself was great, and clean! The beds were really comfy for our family of 4, and my son slept pn the pullout sofa. The elevator broke on the first day so only one elevator was working which made wait times long for the elevator. We got some steps in and took the stairs (we were on the 4th floor). Also they seemed very short staffed, when our room wasnt cleaned, we asked for towels to be delivered but we had to go down to the front desk to get them. They also left us a note a say they were short staffed so they couldn't clean our room. Our kids enjoyed the pool although it was cool, they said once you got in, you warmed up. Breakfast was pretty basic but had the basics toast, yogurts fruit pancakes etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and it was a great base for our Muskoka fun!!
