- PPPJ PerhamOct 8, 20265.0We came to Hamilton to see the Smashing Pumpkins. We were greeted with a Pumpkins welcome banner and friendly, professional staff. Underground parking was tight for the F150 but I squeezed it in. Our suite was very nice. A kitchenette with a dishwasher, full size fridge and a decent size living room queen bedroom. The entire facility was very clean. The TD Coliseum was less than 2 blocks away, super convenient and an easy walk. We slept well and enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. Keep 1 room key if you use the indoor parking so you can access the area from the lobby. We will definitely stay here for our next concert. We met the manager during breakfast and she was delightful.

- SSSimarSep 17, 20261.0I’m visiting Hamilton for the first time and stayed at Staybridge Suites Hamilton on September 12. I genuinely loved the vibe and the overall experience so much that I decided to extend my stay for another day and booked Staybridge again instead of choosing another hotel. Unfortunately, due to a genuine human error, I accidentally booked the Oakville location instead of Hamilton. I realized my mistake within one minute and immediately tried calling the Oakville hotel, but couldn’t get through. I contacted Expedia, and they advised me to make another booking at the Hamilton location since I still needed a room. I followed their advice, believing the hotel would review the situation and refund the incorrect booking. However, Expedia later informed me that the hotel declined the refund. I’m honestly very disappointed because I lost around $200 for a room I never used, even though I immediately realized the mistake and still chose to book and stay at another Staybridge property. I really wanted this to be a hotel I would happily choose whenever I travel, but this experience has unfortunately changed that feeling. If management sees this, please reconsider and help me with a refund or credit for the unused booking. I would truly appreciate it.
