  I do like this hotel. I think the rooms are very clean. The location could get some taking used to, but it’s relatively easy. The one thing that turned me off from this hotel is probably the housekeeping itself. Although the rooms are thoroughly cleaned , during a family emergency while I had to rush out of the hotel I know I left my watch in my room and perfume oil. I searched for it far and wide and I contacted the hotel and spoke with Nishant. I told him the situation and he did call me back for an update only to tell me that there was nothing that was found, and that he had contacted the housekeeper that cleaned my room and the head of housekeeping their customer service is very good. Google only allows us to give five star reviews, but for them if I could give more, I would. But in a hotel where sometimes people have to stay for extended periods, if there’s something That was left behind, I would like to think the housekeeping would bring it to the front desk. This was a very important item. I looked everywhere before I called the hotel and before making this post almost a month later. Although I love this hotel after finding out that the watch was not returned I just can’t stay there anymore in fear that if I accidentally leave something, it would not be returned But instead would be taken. This has caused an enormous amount of stress and there’s about 10 of us that travel within Hamilton for work and because of this myself, as well as my colleagues will not be staying here. This was really bad taste and I know the managers did everything that they were able to, but this is really important that other people staying here no that if anything gets left behind in error because sometimes it happens and yes, it is our responsibility, but sometimes mistakes are made that you will never see your stuff again. And please understand that I also understand that managers are limited to what they have, and so if housekeeping tells you that they don’t have it, you are obligated to believe them because I would too. I completely understand, but after this, I just can’t stay there. And again, if the establishment decides to reply to this review, please understand that I know it was my responsibility and my fault for forgetting, but I know that it was taken And not returned and I just cannot trust or give my business to you again.

  We had a family emergency and asked to cancel 4 days before our reservation and they sidelined us and refused to cancel. Truly despicable and embarrassing for a Holiday Inn. I would NEVER stay at any of their locations again. Embarrassing and SAD hotel

  This is a very bare bones hotel, which is what they advertise as. If you just want a room to stay in and a quick breakfast it's a five star. The room was very clean and cleaned every day without question. We asked for more towels and they arrived quickly. The breakfast is very basic, and was the same every morning, that said, it was good, I would have just appreciated a change in the breakfast protein (sausage and turkey sausage three mornings in a row).

  We stayed at this hotel April 28th and had an issue with the room. I would just like to stay that the matter was resolved quickly and professionally. The manager Bobbi was amazing. Bobbi went above and beyond to rectify the problem and made sure the rest of our stay was pleasant due to her extra special touches . Thanks Bobbi and staff!!!

  I had been here before and wasn’t able to use the tv. Gave it a second try and the staff just wasn’t the most accommodating and there’s little things that could make the experience a lot better that just aren’t there.
