  Terrible customer service and experience, will not stay there again. Operator provided miss leading information. Front desk would not provide me or assist me in my request to complete a survey and refused me to speak with someone further. Very dismissive. First time last time.

  This location hosted my team and I (24 people) for our team training sessions for 2 days. The meeting room and hotel rooms were all clean and everything went smoothly for the 2 days. They were very helpful and accommodating.

  I arrived late at night to check-in for my reservation only to be turned away because I didn't have access to a physical credit card. I'd been traveling for months and had not had a chance to get a new card yet after my old card had been cancelled due to suspicious activity. It was extremely upsetting to be stranded in the middle of the night, with no vehicle and nowhere to stay. The front desk staff was pleasant, and let me sit in the lobby while I arranged a ride to my home (2 1/2 hours away) and gave me a bottled water, but after this stressful experience and a complete non-response from the hotel guest services and management, I absolutely can not recommend this property or brand, and will likely never use this location or company again in the future.

  This location is pretty new but seems that the building has already taken a beating The parking is awfully tight and very difficult to get out when the parking lot is full The room was not great either, shower was dirty in the corners and hair all over the walls Wouldn't recommend, there are other options in the area The window shade didn't work and

  This hotel is exceptionally clean and appears very new throughout. The front desk team and all staff members were consistently professional, friendly, and highly accommodating. They ensured we were well taken care of at every stage of our stay. Check‑in was quick, and the 12‑noon checkout time is a significant advantage. The complimentary breakfast was acceptable, standard items such as scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, muffins, and similar options. Nothing special, but convenient and included. Free parking for hotel guests was appreciated. Based on the limited spaces visible, parking for visitors may be restricted, though I did not inquire. Overall, the staff’s attentiveness, professionalism, and helpful attitude made this an excellent stay. I fully recommend this property.
